Order mobile pick up was outside for almost 30 finally I called they say no curbside pick up but the app made me select the spot.. I went to drive through gave me a cold food and they even acknowledge that app doesn’t inform customer that no curbside pick up after 8…Gave me food been sitting in the counter for 30 minutes wowww really bad customer service…

The lady taking our order seemed annoyed that we were ordering multiple things, and when my coffee came out it was more like cream with a splash of coffee. I sent it back to add more coffee.

I don't know how they're still in business - their machine is always either "down" requiring cash only (it's 2022 ppl) or their machine is "updating" and they can't take any orders at all. Not sure if it's the employees or the equipment to blame but either way yall need to do better! The only reason i even kept going back was because they're down the street from my place. I'll drive the extra miles now though

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been. I just never understood how a McDonald’s that doesn’t serve patrons indoor could be so slow. Expect an average wait timid 15 min in drive-thru! And don’t expect any breakfast menu items until 5am!

Poor customer service poor order accuracy. Manager unable to give good customer service. Very disappointed. I do not recommend 8735 Richmond Hwy, Alexandria, VA 22309. Very bad manager. Last night was my last visit to that establishment.

My main McDonald's and usually it's great but today there was a dead fly with my nuggets 😭😭😭😭
Could somebody please send the health inspectors to make sure this place is following sanitary regulations?? Especially since we are in the middle of a pandemic.
I haven't had a problem before but today was the exception. No one wants a fly with their food.

Awful, how is it that I order the same thing every time I go, 20 piece nugget with bbq sauce, and they mess it up EVERY TIME I genuinely don’t understand how you mess up such a simple order 4 time in a row. Never eat here there’s another McDonald’s down the road that won’t do this
