25 people deep and the hard working Starbucks baristas are able to make a transaction and handoff to airline travelers, airline personnel, and security officers, within 10 minutes. Round of applause to the Starbucks TYS food court. An improvement that Starbucks corporate should consider is adding Starbucks TYS food court with the ‘order ahead’ feature in the Starbucks app.

Unprofessional young lady in training taking orders /making drinks was being VERY RUDE, argumentative. I would have fired her on the spot for acting like a child ! No paying customers should be treated that way. When you make a mistake, you fix it, you dont get mad at the customer, especially if they are kindly asking you do it correctly and patiently waiting. If thats the staff you are hiring you wont get any more business from me or my family.

This place is really yummy! The food here is good and the coffee here is also good. The atmosphere is fun and the staff is nice. The prices are high but the quality is relatively good. The facilities are do nice. I would recommend this place to others and would come back.

Actually had a pleasant experience this time! I have had my issues with Starbucks in the past but they seemed efficient and courteous.

Supposed to open at 5am, its now almost 5:20 and the 2 employees are in no rush at all. Walking around and taking their sweet time. More than halfthe line has left and went to Cinnabon. The employees clearly do not care. When we walked up to ask when they opened the employee was super rude and said she didnt know, evenutally.
