Had a great walk in order out experience. Cannot say enough how good the food is, but the prices make it hard to eat there frequently. Such a wonderful staff this trip in. Offered everything with patience for my lack i knowledge of the menu.

It was honestly good, service could've been better but atleast they don't complain to your face. Drink machine was clean, food was warm and fresh. Also the drive thru really slows don't to about 25min when it's close to closing

Went tonight for dinner, ordered a cherry sprite for my daughter. Got an obviously regular sprite at the window, when I told the girl I ordered cherry, she told me it was cherry… which it was not. Also ordered 3 ranch and didn’t receive 1 single ranch.

Absolutely horrible experience. Waited in line for 20 mins for the rude employee to close down at 8:50 P.M. She said “sorry. We’re closed” in an extremely rude voice and basically told us to leave. Not a problem. I’ll make sure never to be back to this location.

Chicken is always good. Sometimes they do not listen. Today I asked for chips crispy. low seasoning ,no zac sauce, ketchup and add a honey mustard. I got uncooked and undercooked chips, no seasoning, no honey mustard and no ketchup. The white chips are not cooked.

The chicken was bout burnt to a crisp. I feel like I should send them my dental bill. And that's after we got the wrong order. The fries were good.

This would have been a five-star rating if this particular Zaxby's management didn't stand idly by while a select few of their narcissistic employees (whom shall remain nameless...🙄😒...) ignore, belittle, and downright disrespect everyone else around them with absolutely no remorse shown at all... The food is good-a little overpriced- but good, but the service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE putting it nicely......

I ordered boneless wings which they were not. They were hard and tough. Not wings ,, they were overcooked chicken breast .. very disappointed will not order those again.
