Placed an order via mobile app but when arrived, the orders didn’t go through even though I got transaction notification. Attempted to order again and finally went through, the first one was refunded. They made a sandwich pretty quick. Tastes good

I'm not a big fan of Subway but every now and then I've eaten at this fast food. I ordered the meat ball sub it was good. The young man working at this Subway on the corner of 4th & Alameda very customer service him working by himself is saying a lot kudos to this employee at this Subway and that's why I recommend this Subway. Thank you

Just stopped in 10 minutes before they closed & the man ( didnt get his name) was absolutely amazing w/ customer service. Going to call & brag on him in the a.m because this was the ONLY place around me that actually stayed open until they were supposed to, great sandwiches & customer service. I stopped by 3 places before winding up at this subway & from now on ill just be going there 1st.

I've always loved Subway, because uv the fact that their bread iz baked on site, an dat they take the TIME 2 listen 2 U !!!!!! I saw a customer in frt uv me ask 4 extra blk olive's on their sub, and the employee, ( Daniel ) REALLY need'z a pay raise/ promotion) !!!!!!!!!!?!!!!!! He asked the guest on howw many were oK, then quickly finished uP their order, being polite All uv the tyme !!!!!!!! 😀🐈👍🤠

Staff actually listens carefully & sandwiches are made exactly as ordered. I'm a happy repeat customer! Added note: no more sweet onion -- it's now sweet onion Teryiaki. Very different!

I absolutely love this store and all of the staff. Every single time I go in, my sandwich is always perfect, tastes fantastic and because of the staff, the vibe is awesome. Great job Mario and staff of the Alameda/4th st store.

EDIT Feb 2022: This location has much improved! Never any issues with ordering in-person or online. Friendly staff.
Don’t order online... ordered a footlong the first time and had to wait in the line anyway because they made a 6inch. This time, I ordered a footlong BMT— you can see the bread is clearly old and falling apart and this is “extra” pickles and sauce. Another time, I used the app and picked up the sandwich with my name on it only to arrive home and find a completely different sandwich inside. Poor customer service for their own mistakes.

Service was kind of slow. A lot of customer vs worker drama over being out of bacon and such after making the order online. Otherwise the sandwich I ordered was decent except for the fact that the bottom became soggy and started falling apart as I ate it.

Fantastic service. I went at a time when only one worker was available and while it took a bit of time, the music, cool air, and reassurance from the subway artist were plenty to keep me content. Great attitude from the staff!
