Subway

I go here often. I love the atmosphere and positive attitudes from all workers even when store is short handed on staff. I get sometimes staff gets stressed out. Hell they are human everyone gets stressed. Food prices did go up but hey. Keep a eye out on the amazing coupons. I do like that the ladies in the morning offer free cookies with add ons. That's a big Plus.

The hubby and I tested positive for covid and had literally no energy to cook, ordered online and was not disappointed. Not only were our sandwiches made correctly but the expected time was 50 minutes and we received our food within 15 minutes. Delivery person was kind enough to hang our food on our door and they even went above and beyond to write us a little note to feel better. They went out of their way to male our day that much more special, we both wanted to say thank you!

***EDIT*** I've since been back to this Subway a few times and never had another problem. It also just occurred to me that maybe someone called in sick or something. I changed my 1 star review to 5 stars. I've never given 1 star for a review. I usually do 4 or 5, but I put in an online order. The app said my order would be ready at 1:50. I got there right at 1:50, and my order wasn't ready for another 20 minutes. I don't blame the one person working there, slaving away to handle a nonstop line that almost went out the door. I felt so bad for the lone worker that I gave a $4 tip. I blame management for understaffing and trying to save a buck. Maybe someone called in sick. Maybe it was a fluke. But I'm thinking the store is relatively new and the management is just trying to save a buck by not hiring enough staff. So... 1 star Eubank Subway. 1 star.
