Mcdonald's

Manager was polite, but the coffee was weak and pricey. Notice long line of customers waiting for service. Need more people taking orders, better and cheaper priced coffee! Okay back again! Nothing has change, large coffee cost $1.90 whereas most other locations charge $1.00. No flavor or body to their coffee. Quality control is lacking. My last review unless things change for the better and I can have something good to say?

Consistently the slowest McDonalds I go to. I only go here because it’s closest to my house. It’s fast food, it shouldn’t take 10-15 minutes for fries and a drink. Maybe it’s the lack of workers, lack of communication. I’m not sure but seriously, get it together! Horrible management, very slow and unproductive. I didn’t even get started with getting orders wrong.

The wait time was ridiculous. They didnt have ketchup (how is McDonald's out of ketchup?) And lastly the restaurant was filthy. The ice cream machine was so gross. Theres was dried crusty ice cream all over the top. The ladies that worked there (Fernanda and Edith) were extremely rude. They laughed at my husband after he asked for their names because he told them about the ice cream machine being dirty and they didnt do anything about it. I will never eat at this location again.

Ok. Stopped in for an oil change around 5:30pm. Figured we would have dinner and wait. First of all I ordered a McChicken plainno lettuce. They gave me a hot and spicy. Soda was flat. Didn't taste good. No large lids out in the dining area. Then they give me someone elses order. Didn't even pay attention to the orders. Asked for honey mustard sauce. No flipping honey mustard! Asked for bbq sauce, no flipping bbq sauce. So nice I am eating this horrible dry McChicken. I'm not happy at all. Will be getting with corporate on this one!!

I am not a fan of fast foods. But I've been there for oatmeal and my mom's kids meals. These last 2 times I went thru drive to get ice cream cone and the machine is out of order. So forget this place I will go to the one at Wal-Mart next door. They act like they don't even care and don't apologize for the problem. So that's my problem..

I ordered two sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddles for my girlfriend and I, and it took 18 minutes to get my order. Not to mention most of the Workers don't speak a word of English. I have to repeat myself several times when ordering. And the ones who do speak a little English are bad at it. Clearly illegal immigrants working here but management doesn't care about the law or even service.
