Did curbside service, so no feedback on the store itself. Food was good, service was slow (but that was because of the app, not the team). Good location that seems busy.

Awesome Manager!!! The manager really cares for her restaurant and customers. She is very personable and treats every customer that walks in the door great. Very attentive. Also, she protected her restaurant when a homeless tried coming into the store. She was very quick to keep her customers safe. She locked the door and called security immediately!!! I had my son with me and was very grateful for her quick response. She deserves recognition!!!

Made an online order. The young man alone at the counter waited on myself and 5 other people and got everything right and was super nice. Excellent customer service.

There have been days when I’m not even craving a sub, but I’ll go here anyway because the customer service is GREAT! The manager is very personable and down to earth, sometimes you can hear her coaching her staff and it’s nice to hear someone correct mistakes without giving any attitude or talking down/blaming other employees in front of the customer. Very refreshing service, will definitely keep coming here.

The food was good but the cashier didn't wash her hands before pulling the bread out of the oven or before she started making everyone's food. She kept touching her clothes and face while she had gloves on. Pretty gross.

I bought a footlong meatball marinara sub at the Louisiana near Uptown location. The young lady who said she was older but didn't look it, helped me and made the sub exactly as I
asked. She was extra courteous and kind. Love people like her who like their jobs and their customers! Some other people were ordering tuna subs and they looked delicious. She also treated them very well. The place was spacious and clean.

We’ve been to many Subway restaurants in several states. This is by far the nicest one we’ve ever been to. Large, clean and very tidy.
The girl that helped us was nice, but totally spaced out. She asked what we were getting, what kind of bread and toasted or not 3-4 times for each sandwich we ordered. We left there shaking our heads. Food was great, consistent with Subway and we are LOVING the new basil pesto sauce. Yum.
