D&v's Kitchen

My order took along time even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. My breakfast sandwich fell apart in the packaging. The hot Mocha I ordered tasted funny and gave me a stomachache. I also watched another customer walk out because the staff was not attending to the register. When I walked up to dispose of the garbage I seen her eating in the cooking area.

I have the worst experiences with this store I used to work with McDonald's and it was never never like this. Everything from old pies to not getting what you order and I know it starts with the management. Tonight I got a medium iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot of expresso. From a manager and she gave me a cup that was a small for iced coffee. Then when I spoke to an attendant and he was arguing about it. And all they have to do is just read what's on the side small to ice drinks and medium for shakes an orange juice. I don't know how they can get it wrong or why would they argue about it! There's so much inconsistencies with the store from old pies to getting wrong orders.

I refuse to go to this McDonald's anymore. I first stopped ordering their fries cuz they are NEVER SALTED.. who wants plain fries?? Twice now I have asked for a 6pc nugget and received only 5 nuggets. This really sucks when it's the only thing I order and it's supposed to hold me over for lunch. They don't ask you if you want sauces you have to ask them.

This place is a rip off! I suggest that you don't go here. They tried to scam us of money because we paid cash for lunch. They tried to scam us out of $2, YES it's not much, but that is not the point. My husband is a Mexican-American, and I am white. The manager gave us a dollar back in change and then was rude about it tossing it into my husband's hand. I have never, ever seen an establishment ran so poorly for a big corporation chain such as McDonald's.

The rewards app has issues when trying to use it at the location. I have experienced more problems with trying to redeem my points for items and then the kiosk stalls and then doesn't recognize the offer or states that the location doesn't participate when I have used it at the location many times. I think it is dumb that you can't redeem your points for anything on the menu, especially for a simple soft drink or tea. Not everyone wants a Fish Filet or Big Mac!

No one came to the counter to take our order, we were there for about 10 minutes. They weren't busy. It was 8 PM. I finally used the kiosk, which I don't like for sanitary reasons, plus the order isn't processed until someone comes up, runs it through the till, and takes payment. Food was as expected.
