Or waiter was nice he served us well However the question that were ask he appeared to not have much knowledge about them. Dealing with coupons left a 100% bad taste in my mouth. I asked him to ask the manager a question he never came back with a answer and never had the manager to come see me. Most places if you are having a problem with your coupons they will go out there way to help like asking you if you are a part of let's just say the military, which I am. No they just gave me my ticket I paid. I still after all that left the youngman a tip.

My daughter and I eat here quite often because we love the salad bar and the food is always well cooked and tasty. However, I take off one star because the service is a little lacking. We've come in several times for an early dinner and had to wait about 10 minutes for a waitress to even come our table to bring us menus. We definitely felt invisible when nobody was helping us.

Solid if not exceptional classic American food. The food is very consistent across all locations... It's the service that's always the variable. Our service yesterday was quite nice, perfectly adequate. Not over the top memorable, but perfectly adequate. Same for the food. Burgers are always good, the fish tastes fresh, and the iconic salad bar is something to count on. A salad bar lunch is great, by the way, if you're traveling and want something quick but not heavy. Lots of Ruby Tuesday locations near interstate exits these days, and it's always our choice. (With a salad bar meal you bypass any service wait time.) It may not be the place you want to impress your first date, but it's usually never a bad choice. If somebody suggested it, I'd happily go along.

Excellent service. Waitress was always on point. I ordered rare in fear it would be over cooked and it arrived as feared, more medium but it was so well seasoned and tender I could overlook the error. The salad bar was well stocked by variety and pleasing to the eye. While I didn't drink the options were plentiful. I had a pleasurable experience.

Nice spot. I'm glad they updated the menu. I wasn't really hungry, but I ordered a glass of wine and an appetizer of pork meatballs. They were decent. Not anything to necessarily race about and feel like I would order again. The manager, Jason, is really nice and professional. I was simply having a snack in the middle of the day and he came and introduced himself. I wish I was hungry enough to have gotten dinner, but maybe next time. Oh, and the bartenders are really nice also

At the time I went, the place seemed rather dingy, although the service was good. As a vegetarian I found the menu too Limited. The best I could do was a baked potato and a couple of Veggie sides. They had nothing else at the time , not even a vegetarian pasta dish. However, I understand they now have a meat-free burger that I am eager to try. If this is good, I will certainly be upgrading my rating.
