Why did they reopen this place?! I have never gotten fresh food from here. Every time I come to this location the burgers taste like they’ve been sitting for HOURS and the beef is dark and dry. Fries are always soggy. Just drive over to the McDonald’s on Washington Ave extension because this place is a joke. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Absolutely nasty and the customer service matches. WHY DID THEY SPEND MONEY TO REMODEL AND NOT IMPROVE SERVICE/QUALITY? Make it make sense.

Ordered a kids chicken nugget happy meal with fries and apple slices, 6 piece nugget w bbq sauce, double cheeseburger meal, and a separate 6 piece chicken nugget. Instead I got a hamburger happy meal with just a glob of onions instead of a chicken nugget happy meal and no apple slices, both 6 piece nuggets were missing. Have to argue with the fact that they want 15.00 hour and can’t even get orders right, ridiculous. Never going again.

Was our running errands when my grandson began asking for McDonald's: French fries 🍟, soda 🥤 and chicken nuggets is what he requested. Since I was in the area I decided to stop at this one because I knew it was being renovated and wanted to see the changes and service. While they added another drive thru lane, I felt as if gaining access in and out of the location was somewhat odd because it's such a busy area. However, the service was good and our food was fresh and hot 🔥! It was satisfying! 😊👍

I had such a frustrating visit. The woman who took my order rushed me along so much that I was unable to properly order and ended up missing half of it. She kept cutting me off and speeding along and needing to delete things that were misheard because she kept cutting me off. I ended up needing to repeat the things she missed because she didn't even give me a chance to tell her that I wasn't finished ordering before she had me drive up. I understand that sometimes drive thrus get busy since I have worked fast food, but there was nobody behind me and nobody pulling in. There was no need to rush me the way she did. It was extremely stress-inducing.

Disorganized and slow for inside orders. They had one poor soul working the register during the lunch rush and all the ordering kiosks closed. No receipts and the tables were dirty. There were many workers in the back but they forgot my small order twice and then it was wrong- I waited about 25 minutes for 3 items. Two stars because it looks newly renovated. Not going back.

This is 3rd time I'm having a problem with a guy works in this McDonald's. He always staring and trying to make fun of people, very unprofessional. I don't know his name but he wears some golden (or gold color) accessories/jewelery. I believe he is manager. Hopefully who is higher than him from McDonald's will see this comment and investigate it. Disgusting.
