Wingstop

If you get the server Ania good luck !!! I asked for one type of order, for a specific reason (regardless why it’s customer service that should be met) however she stated the restaurant didn’t have those type of wings, funny thing is the table after us order the same type of wings with a different server and lord and behold they had those wings and brought them to their table .. so it turns out they did have it .. it’s very frustrating that I’m paying for a service where I’m being lied to. If u don’t have it okay but don’t lie to me about it. This was in 03/13/22 approximately around 7:30pm

Tired of giving another chance, got there early due to the fact when I get there on "time" my food is always cold. Was told my order wasn't ready for another 20 minutes, which is fine since I was Early so I waiting for my name to be called, just to not be called and me going up at the time it was supposed to be ready. Go to the drinks only to find no ice. Then went to front counter for my order, got my order from the rude employees, and to no surprise my food was cold and hard. Got home and notice my Cajun corn was missing SMDM, I'd rather drive the extra 3 miles to San Juan next time, atleast then I would expect my food to be cold due to the drive and not the store.

I ordered for delivery on the wingstop app and got the wrong order delivered. I called the store to make sure i could give them the wrong order back and get the food i paid 80 dollars for but the cashier kept blaming the delivery service and was only escalating the situation with no solution. She wanted me to stay stuck with a thirty dollar order and lose out on 80 dollars that i had already paid for. Worst customer service ever

It's been a long time since I was here with COVID and all. Dine in area was pretty much empty. Wait time earlier today was about 45 minutes for carry out. Place was clean. Staff was cheerful even though they didn't have bone in wings. Customers not so much. It's all good m boneless wings won't kill anyone. I still recommend Wingstop and guys I give u props. Keep ur heads up. Stay Safe and Stay Strong.

It's good cause it's wingstop. The only thing I could mention is the staff and potentially the management. Staff seems to have no regard or remorse in their lacking in customer service. App functionality is pretty bad. When ordering online there's no indication whether my order is ready or not, so I'm guessing between a 45 minute window whether my food is ready hot or freezing cold. Best bet is just to dine in and enjoy the food.

Worst wingstop!!!! do not come to this wingstop they had wings all over the floor they gave a costumer raw wings in dine in and then they said our order will take 30 mins and we were there for like an hour and a half and we asked for our order and the employes are just rude to everyone! they told us that we had 4 people ahead so we had to cancel the order. plus most of them dont have uniform and the right proper shoes they were all slipping, no aprean, no hair nets!!!!!, no gloves!!, and no face mask🤦🏽 honestly discusting!
