Food was old and over cooked and please! People of Alamo, get it together and stop leaving your city businesses trashy. This is McDonald's. You need to be an example for your kids and clean up after yourself. You don't pay enough to have your own waitress. Learn how to use a trash can! You also have arms, if your trash falls to the floor for goodness sakes, Pick it up. You should never expect the next person to clean up after you. Dirty!

Mcdonald's is a great place to get delicious food but their food does not come close to the greatness of its employees and the great service they provide. Thank you, Mcdonald's employees. I hope your company allowed a tip jar in the counter. Thanks

The management and staff have a long way to go when it comes to service. All the employees were new hires and didn't a clue on what to do. 45 minutes after we ordered some biscuits they still didn't have our order ready. Everyone asked for their money back before they left. The manager actually left after we got our refund. She couldn't handle the situation. But in all honesty, it was a stressful day for her.

Extremely long line but it went by fast. Was waiting for my order for about 20 minutes. Not bad, considering the amount of cars they had. Food was just as ordered.

We took a group of students to McDonald's to give them the experience of ordering their own food. the person taking our order was very patient while the children ordered. The only drawback is that McDonald's ran out of ketchup. How could this happen?
