Hardee's

Why have a restaurant that advertises dine-in, Drive-thru, etc., but dine-in is closed nearly 95% of the time during normal hours. I can now understand why McD’s, Burgerking and other breakfast restaurants stay crowded so often. Wise up or shut down all together. Have a nice day to the three or maybe four that works at this location ! Sad review doesn’t have negative stars to choose from !

I just ordered 2 meals from here and 1 of the meals got made wrong. I went back through the drive through and the drive through to get it fixed and, even tho they are short handed and are probably under alot more stress because of it, the drive through employee and the manager were extremely nice and helpful and got the mistake fixed. The food was great too everything was hot and fresh. Next time I'm in the mood for a burger on the go this Hardee's will be #1 on my list of places to go.

Bad service ! It was rude girl ( No Woman cant act like this ) in there that was impatient and didnt have good customer service. This hardees gave me ghetto vibes and thats besides the point.. they forgot my hash rounds and I had to go back through the drive through to get them and I got the cold shoulder from the employees but my thing is that employee in particular short brownskin( with the curly old wig ) should of put all the energy she has being ugly , rude and ratchet ..she could of put into making sure my good was in the bag the first time ! . Priority First Okayyyy

Order was wrong and all I received after calling 6 times, finally answered the 7th time was I'm sorry. Ordered a grits platter only to get no grits. Also another customer was given gravy instead of grits before me. The put the gravy back on the shelf after she opened it and gave it back to the cashier. I think they gave me that gravy. Ruined my whole vibe for breakfast. Will not return. Taking my business elsewhere. Terrible!!!!!!!!

I have been very satisfied with this Hardee's in the past. I cannot say that this time. I ordered the "Big" chicken sandwich. The chicken was literally half the size of the bun. I also ordered one of the steakhouse Angus burgers. It had a tiny dollop of A1 sauce and 2 onions on a half cooked patty. Very disappointed!
