Taco Bell

I've been here 3+ times, and each one was unpleasant. 2 of those times, they told us they were closed (2 HOURS before they were supposed to be), and the first time they were even still handing food to a car outside the window. The most recent time, the quesadillas were cold and I was missing a burrito in my cravings box. Best to go to the one on Whiskey Rd.

Went by The North side Taco bell for a midnight lunch snack since I was working. The drive through window girl was courteous enough. I order a few burritos and some cinnabon bits. I ordered a 12 pack to snack on until 6am and I was told they were out of them. Full menu until 0100 and this was 0041. She then tells me she has 8 left. I pull over to another parking lot to eat and shortly notice all of the things I ordered were not included in the bag. I head back over to get my 8 cinnabons that weren't included in the bag and the manager asked where they went. The courteous drive through girl speaks up giggling saying we ate them. Mind you the store is still open. The manager then asked what I wanted to do.... Either a refund or come back tomorrow for the cinnabons? I told him a refund and he counts out the refund for just their mistake and then asked me to sign the receipt because they messed up and he was having to do a refund. I then educated him on what he should be doing besides refunding their mistake, but the whole order. I definitely wouldn't have spent 15 minutes blasting the Taco bell on Google maps about an easy fix. I will let you know that when I go back to this Taco bell I will check the bag before leaving their drive through timer.

I have NEVER received food from a fast food restaurant that looked as good or better than the pic on the menu. The one on Richland Ave in Aiken Sc totally knocked it out if the park! They took pride in their work and it showed. Full portions and PRETTY. Like, take a pic pretty. (And I did take a pic) This food was so good it deserved a plate instead of a wrapper.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Today they forgot to give me my drink and when I called they were very apologetic for leaving it off and told me I could come get it anytime, and when I went and picked it up they apologized to me again and then gave me a coupon and the delights free even though all I asked for was my drink. They are the bar far the best and I will be going back.
