Ihop

We really wanted to have a great time since it just open back up. Service was ok, they forgot some of my youngest son food. They made it right after we were almost done eating 🤦‍♀️. Never saw a manager(never asked for one but thought one will walk around)- I had to find us some napkins. I hope this location can get better.. we always enjoyed IHOP!

Im a IHOP fan, but my rating on my past experience is because of them being short staffed. Im sure its because of the pandemic, but if you're going to be open, get the staff you need to keep.your customers satisfied. Ive had my food brought to me cold, the coffee was not fresh. I will.say this has never been my experience before, so this is a message to the franchise. You need staff for the carry out, and a few for your dining in customers. Im confident i will be giving you a 5 star rating, once this takes place

It was my first time dining at an IHOP eatery. The experience was extreme. I was warmly greeted as I entered by an ever-smiling front desk clerk. The waitress is one of the best I've ever had. She was very, very courteous and knowledgeable of the menu. Kudos to her. However, the meal could have been better. The bread was falling apart and much too crispy. The worse part I had to leave my son with the waitress to get cash because credit/card system was not operable. Gosh!! I'll go back to try their breakfast.

After an hour waiting for our food we were informed they lost our order and they put our order in again. It was another hour before we received our food. The only discount we received was 2 free kid drinks. Also on two separate occasions we went to look for our server or a manager but we couldn't find a single employee in the dining area.

Absolutely horrible service today. Went in and were seated right away. There fore it wasn't that busy. Took over 45 minutes to get food. Had to track server down to get coffee refills. Reason given was that due to a kitchen fire last Sunday they were operating off of significantly reduced grill capacity. We know the fire part was true because we were there last Sunday and had to evacuate. Server urged us to give them another chance and please come back. I don't think so. Two Sundays in a row with a bad experience while 2 small children are complaining of being hungry and when will we get our food? We had no answers but we won't be back anytime soon. It's sad because we missed them not being open and would like to go back.
