I went into this knowing it could be a struggle do to the lack of good help now days. On a Wednesday evening we waited 5 minutes to be seated with half the tables open. We then waited with our menu’s for at least 10 minutes without being asked what we wanted to drink. Another couple sat down across the isle from us and shortly after we’re greeted by the waitress. We then got up and went to Culver’s ( where we were greeted and promptly served). The following Saturday morning I place an order online and show up 10 minutes early. As expected the place was busy. I was asked if my name was taken. I explained that I had a online order. She then moved on saying nothing to me. I waited 20 minutes an then asked to confirm I had an order ( forgot my phone at home) they then pointed out my order sitting over by the door I came in, up on a shelf. On top of all that the food was mediocre at best. Couldn’t even finish the food poor presentation and preparedness

What a mess... ordered a week in advance and they were 20 minutes late in getting the food...if they were slammed I would have understood, but plenty of empty tables. Good was not what expected... potatoes were stiff, coleslaw was so moist it could have been sucked through a straw, and the meat/dressing was cold.

One star is a stretch. Was not busy at all, around 545 pm too. Maybe 8 tables were occupied. Took forever to get our food. 6 adults, one child. Had to keep asking our waitress for things we've asked for multiple times already. The manager and our waitress seemed to be more interested in the two people that came in that we later found out were employees. They were very loud and disruptive. Food came out cold. Will not be eating here again or recommending.
