Love their chicken ,every time when I come for my collection, waiter greets me and offers sauces, napkins, etc.
The only problem is that if they are very busy and you have to wait about 10min longer than time indicated on reciept.

I have been to this restaurant a few times. I find the staff always friendly. I have not had any issues with the food and the environment is good to enjoy food and relax. Most of the time it's quiet

Just came in to collect my Nando’s take-out. I was greeted by Abdul who was very polite and attentive and the food was lovely.

The only thing that annoyed me was that the kids meals came out with less 🍟 fries than on other places. We had to order another extra large fries as the kids were crying coz they were still hungry.

It's Nandos. What more can be said. Regularly visit the Addlestone branch to have lunch with work colleagues. It's always vibing. Neat and clean, good service from warm and friendly staff, who genuinely want to give good service although it has slow afternoon traffic of customers.
It's always a pleasure to be here.

Great meal with my 10mth old Grandson, Abdul was fantastic with him and watch him while I got my drink, he was very helpful and friendly.
