I'm not sure that I agree with their stats on trusting round Pizza. I am sure that this pizza was freaking good. My aunt ordered for pickup a pizza with just about everything on it including green and black olives. The medium was quite large and we have lots of wonderful leftovers for breakfast pizza. Why does it seem that all the best places are so far from where I live? Great job guys.

Our office orders delivery from this place every time we want pizza. It's always really hot and delicious, and the delivery person is really nice. To top it off: our office has received, not one, but TWO hand written thank-you notes in the mail from this location. That never happens! Great people, awesome pizza...you won't go wrong here.

I represent a corporate client and placed a large order for a team building event. After placing the order I realized I needed to adjust it. I called several times with no response and drove to the office to ensure my adjustments were made in addition to curbing any inconvenience on iFratelli's part. I was met with the rudest response when I arrived. Jodi informed me that there is a reason they have a clause that states we will call in the morning. I understood her frustration however I am a paying customer and deserve a level of respect and professionalism especially since this was a corporate order. Jodi voided my transaction and rudely pushed the receipt to me. I should have walked out but in good faith I placed an amended order. I was informed I would get a call to confirm in the morning, no such call was made. I am very disappointed in the level of customer service exhibited. The pizza might be good but there are other places that would gladly receive a corporate order and be courteous at the same time. If I could provide negative 5 stars I would have. Horrible experience. We will take our business elsewhere.

Really like the pizza, but this is the second bad delivery experience and we are done. I get driver and labor issues but store assumed we wanted pickup when I never said anything other than delivery…2nd 2 hour delivery experience which is unfortunately not acceptable for pizza delivery. I am also a business owner and I hope they are able to staff up and resolve. I encourage others to try the pizza because it is really good, but I will be going elsewhere going forward

Incredible speed and customer service, but it’s very salty, I couldn’t figure out what was the salty ingredient, the sauce needs work, it doesn’t taste like legitimate fresh Italian sauce. The crust was perfect though. I would update to better freshly made Italian pizza sauce (more quantity as well), and little to no salt so the customer can decide if to add more or not.

Their pizzas are great! Their delivery system works actually unlike other Pizza places (Pizza Hut)! They did a great job on the pizza and they put a lot of toppings on the pizza! I got the vegetarian pizza and added sausage on it to give it a little meat taste! Great food! I definitely recommend making your own pizza tho because they have very limited options!
