Wendy's

Don’t come to this Wendy’s!!!!! Literally every time I come to this Wendy’s they are closed earlier than their posted closing time. Apparently they don’t have the staff, which is understandable but They are scheduled to close at 3pm, so I’m not really understanding how every other Wendy’s stays open the normal business hours and has staff for that. Today they’re actually open, but I’ve been sitting in their drive through for over 20 minutes. Pull up to order, finally, and they say it’ll be a few minutes they have a big order ahead of us. I’m sorry? Tell them to pull up and wait for their big order, keep the line moving. Someone orders a ton of food in the drive thru then they pull up and wait. What is wrong with your staff? Work smarter not harder, but I guess you have to actually have a brain to work smarter. *Edit* After waiting in the drive through for almost 30 minutes. Finally get to the window, and alas they ask me to pull forward because they’re waiting on our fries. 10 minutes of waiting for the ‘fresh’ fries. Maybe 8 fries in each box and guess what, they were cold. The bread on the burgers was stale.

This is the SLOWEST fast food place I have ever pulled through. I just sat in line for 15 minutes and didn’t move once. Also, this is not the first time it has happened at this location. It always takes me an eternity trying to get food from here. If this wasn’t the closest fast food place to us I wouldn’t even bother.

Waited in line for nearly 30 minutes with only a few people in front of me, the lady handed me the food with no drink and just walked away. I had to flag her down through the closed window to get the rest of my order. After using my entire lunch break getting food, I got back to the store and they got almost everything in my order wrong. The food was bland and disgusting, and when I tried to submit a complaint, their website kept “randomly” crashing or not letting me select the store to submit the complaint. Now I guess I get to go hungry and I’ve wasted some of my money, since I apparently can’t contact them for a refund.

Went this location on 12/23/2021. Got my burger order wrong completely. I know there's a labor shortage, but really? Bad service! The worst Wendy's I've been to!!! The only three things they got right were the fries, soda and medium frosty. I personally think they just threw orders out just to get everybody out of the drive-thru. Giving everyone the wrong ones in the process. You want better service, go elsewhere. Stay away from this Wendy's!!! I will not return!!!
