Long John Silver's

Definitely not a good experience for first visit. Place an order from inside. I Ordered the fish and shrimp platter and steak nachos. I Got my order, decided I was going to sit down and eat inside. Open my order fries were extremely cold, fish and shrimp had all kind of black debris on them. They look like they were either redropped in the fryer to be heated up, or the grease needed to be skimmed or changed. Shrimp also looked as if they had been sitting under the heat lamp and really rubbery the batter was hard on them. I took my order back to the counter and asked could I get some fresh shrimp and fries. I do not mind waiting on fresh food. Was brought back some more shrimp that had been sitting under the heat lamp, old and rubbery. Not FRESHLY COOKED BUT MORE OLD ONES. Was asked if those were okay or if I wanted him to drop some fresh shrimp. I did not argue with them. I told them it was fine and I left. Will not be back to this establishment. I paid almost $20 for something I could not enjoy and eat. I decided to take the food and left. Never again. It all starts with management it's management allow this type of behavior or customer service then of course the employees are going to do whatever period I've been in a restaurant business over 20 years and I definitely would never allow this type of customer service in my restaurant period. I would always have meetings praised the good and also get on to them is I even heard of such thing period.

My wife wanted long Johns since we didn’t have one close. Chicken was half done, saw a man bring food in from drive thru because he got wrong order. Cashier just gave him his order and took the food he brougham and gave it to the car at the window. Employees dropping utensils on floor and picking them up and kept using them. Bathroom had no paper and was nasty. Dining room looked like a land field. Employees standing around talking. Worse food ever.

Unbelievable! The location I visited was not allowing inside dining so I went through the drive thru. I ordered an L1 which is supposed to be two pieces of fish, fries and hushpuppies. I asked for extra hushpuppies instead of fries and told them I did not need any sauces with my order. I confirmed my order at the window as I was paying. What did I get??? One piece of fish, one piece of CHICKEN, some stale fries, two hushpuppies and a HANDFUL of malt vinegar packets. If they can't do better than that they should just stop doing business.

As the only Long John's Silver on the west side... I called if they open. Coming from Douglasville to Acworth.. I was lied to, 3 times! If it wasn't for the fact, that I love the fish & shrimp, I'd never go back! Place was dirty outside in parking lot! Please some rich person make a location in Douglasville or area! We hD one that was the most profitable in the area, but it closed a few years ago due to the building & codes.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just went through the drive thru at 7:19 pm (12/12/2021) to find out from two unnecessarily rude and immature employees that Long Johns Silvers is closed... at 7:19 p.m. … The young girl refused to give me her name before a guy who said his name was George came on to defend the young girl being rude. She thought it was cute to tell me that LJS was closed and that it would be a 15 min wait for Taco Bell and then asked did I want anything, after I said no thank you, she smartly remarked "Awesome!". Very unwarranted... and then she refused to give me her name. When I got to the window to try and see who it was there was a young African American girl with burgundy braids or plaits who through her hands up in the air to see that I was inquiring about who it was displaying the rude behavior.
