Subway

While waiting for my sub to be toasted, the girl working insisted on ringing up the order, she accepted my cash and gave back change, then proceeded to remove the sandwich from the toaster and ask what veggies I wanted while wearing the same exact gloves she used to touch the cash. Luckily I caught her in time and asked her to change gloves. Common sense isn’t so common any more.

I haven't had subway in years and today I'm reminded why. The sandwiches are nothing like advertised, there's barely anything on the bread. The customer service is horrible stuff it's just overpriced for what you're getting. I could've went to Publix and got a way better sub. She literally put 3 tiny slices of turkey on the bread for my son's sandwich and when I asked for more, I got two more tiny pieces and was charged $2 for it. For my sandwich, I picked one that was advertised in the window and she had an attitude because she's asking me what should be on the sandwich and i said I'll take it with exactly what's advertised. So she goes to the picture huffing and puffing to figure out what should be on it. I thought that was rude. It's your advertisement, if anyone should know it's YOU. I'll stick to Publix from now on. Better value and surely better customer service.

Beware of this SUBWAY! I went today for lunch and ordered a Turkey Cali Fresh which comes with avocado spread. I asked for no bacon and when I got to the register I was charged for a Turkey sandwich and an extra $1.99 for avocado. When I asked about the charge, the older woman told me she didn't charge extra for the avocado. She even told me to check the receipt. When I checked, I found that she charged me TWICE for the avocado spread for both my sandwiches! When I asked for a refund, she REFUSED! She said she couldn't give a refund and that because I asked for no bacon on the sandwich, it automatically made it a Turkey sandwich, so we were charged for the avocado spread. Even though I asked BEFORE I paid and she LIED and said there was no charge. When I insisted on my refund, she told me that I have to come back tomorrow because there was no manager there. How do they not have a manager on duty to provide refunds when an error is made?!!! Even the other employees looked at her when I asked who the manager was. She LIED and STOLE my money! Do NOT go to this Subway. They will CHEAT AND LIE just to gain a few dollars. BEWARE!

Awful customer service, online says they close at 10:00pm, drove to the store showed up at 6:45pm. Doors locked and the crew said they close at 7:00pm. What a joke and poor way of running a business. The only positive outcome was the awesome sandwich shop that found a cross the street with superb staff and food.

We ordered food online at 5:59 one night not knowing they closed at 6:00 PM, the online system told us we could pick the food up at 6:15 PM. When we got there the lights were turned out and closed sign on the door. We figured that the order came in too late. We figure we would call first thing in the morning and staff would make food the next day for us. When we finally got a hold of someone, we were told the food was made last night and was in the back the whole time. They wanted us to eat the soggy salad that sat with dressing on it all night as well at the soggy bread sandwich that had oil on it all night. We told them we wanted new food made, we have been given the run around.. We keep getting told the Manager has been called for approval to make new food but no one has called us back. We have no food to show for it and are out money now. We are not happy with this location and how they treat their customers.
