My mom and I ate there on Father's Day.. The staff was friendly and fast, however the chicken was dry and unflavored. I have crispy and it was a slightly different color than my mom's original. And very dry and no taste, however I was trying to make the visit pleasant since my grandfather is no longer with us and my mom was down in spirit to begin with so I can not say that the staff wouldn't have tried to make my complaint right because they seemed like they would have done something. They were that nice.

I went to the KFC on North Judge Ely. I ordered just two pieces of chicken (thighs) it came out to $4 plus tax, no sides. Not a bad price. The young man who served us was pleasant and the whole time that we were there the floors were swept and the tables were wiped clean. Clean and pleasant! There's a crack in the door so beware so that your kids don't press on the glass!!

Arrived at the drive-thru at 9:49 was told it was closed by the drive-thru speaker. Called to ask them what time they're open till they said 10:00 p.m. and it said well I just drove there and it said it was closed the lady went to argue with me and said well we're open. I'm sorry but I was just told that was closed and I drove around slowly and noticed nobody in the front didn't see one person that had to all be in the back. They want to act like it's my fault because their sciences open till 10:00 and I ride 11 minutes before closing .

The fast talking accusatory gal at the counter 1/4 is rude and unfriendly. She should be instructed to tone down the attitude. Not the first time a decision maker has made a bad call, that includes high priced mediocre chicken. 46 bucks on a 16 tender family meal and half of the tenders didn't have batter on them. Come on people!

KFC has, in my opinion, some of the best fried chicken of any store specializing in chicken. My favorite was the 10 for $10 bucket. This last visited I discovered the 10 for $10 has been replaced by an 8 piece for $15.99. I am disappointed, to say the least. Prices are rising everywhere but this particular change seems too drastic - two pieces less for nearly $6.00 more. I opted for the eight piece meal which is supposed to come with two sides and four biscuits for $25.59. I asked for mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese, as my sides. When I got home, I found two sides of potatoes, a small container of brown gravy, eight pieces of chicken, but no macaroni and cheese. The person who took my order was somewhat unpleasant. I felt rushed, and she seemed exasperated by my questions. There was no reason to rush me; I was the only customer in the drive through. I doubt I will visit this, or any, KFC nearly as often in the future. Even if I get exceptional service, I cannot afford the extreme price hikes. I find this price issue unfortunate, and do not believe this, or any KFC, earns more than three stars. Those three are given for this visit because the food was still delicious.
