Grandy's

I called in an order. After some missed communication over my order & attitude from the other end of the line after they did not hear my order properly was completely rude & un called for I received an order that was literally a mess. Pics attached. I rarely write a bad review, but this is ridiculous. Corporate should really provide proper training. The only good thing about my visit was the gentleman who was at the register who I received order from & paid. They should all be so pleasant. He was a joy.

Grandys may be fast food, but it has never tasted like fast food! Still, the best yeast rolls out there, chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes w/cream gravy, and green beans. I have never found a fast food place that has green beans like Grandy's!!! There are not even some regular restaurants that have green beans to match Grandy's! 💝🥣🌿🌱Perfect beans, seasonings, and then the onions and bacon! Nothing matches them! I know I can't leave without a cinnamon roll! Maybe others have better control! 😁🤣 Yummy, so good! There is nothing better than a step back in time. 💝 Older sister worked at a Grandy's in late 1970's to early 1980's in Midland Texas when she was a young mother, going to college, and helping her husband support their family. She would bring me cinnamon rolls after her shift when she picked up my niece and nephew(I watched them while she worked. I had a 1 yr old and a baby on the way).

Overall decent breakfast food for being fast food. We went hoping to have the buffet and were disappointed to find out the buffet was no longer available due to COVID and most likely won't be coming back. Sadly, that means we're most likely not coming back either. Bring back the breakfast buffet! Or find a way to add fresh fruit to your breakfast menu.

Waited 10 minutes in drive to be told they didn't have any baked beans, fine. Then another 5 minutes go by and they tell us that they don't have rolls. Then they tell us to pull around so they can make more rolls. Then they come out and only bring our rolls, no food no nothing. Then they come back out to tell us again that they don't have any baked beans. Still no food. Now we have been waiting 30 minutes for nothing. What is so hard about rolls and food. Then they give our food to a car that just came through drive. COME ON!!!NEVER AGAIN. If I could of I would of given 0 stars. Thanks for nothing.
