Dunkin'

Quick and kind service! I bring my dog through the drive thru for a treat before we go somewhere. The people who work here always show him love. I have had most of all my orders correct over the years. The only time something is slightly different is if someone new is training, and that is completely reasonable. We all have to start somewhere.

I love some of the girls that work in the mornings but they need to get it together. I go every morning for the last month and buy a large brown sugar cookie with vanilla swirl ice coffee with liquid sugar and cream. Every morning they do it wrong. This morning I got a brown sugar oat latte. Every morning I spend $4 to $5 on the wrong coffee. This is nuts. I understand they are short staff but this is getting ridiculous.

I ordered 4 dozen donuts and a box o' joe through door dash 10/12/2021. Totaling 70 and change. They were out of boxes for the coffee, and wanted to send 10 large cups of coffee. I thought that was very unsafe for the driver. So I said, scratch the box of coffee. The donuts were delivered. The coffee should have been taken off of my total, but was not. I've been calling since yesterday. The phone either continuously ring, or it's a busy signal. I don't want a free anything. I would just like to be refunded for the 17.49 box of coffee I didn't receive.

Of all the Dunkins I’ve been too THIS one is by far the worst!! I was on the phone with my husband and over heard his experience this morning at 7:38 am. He is a truck driver and everyone knows they can’t pull their truck through the drive through. An employee and manager BOTH refused him service after he was trying to get service for over 15 mins. They refused to take his order and treated him as if he was non existent! Every other Dunkin has never had an issue taking drivers orders bc they know they can not pull through the drive through! Seeing that they already have a low rate it’s no wonder!
