I have just had the most lovely service from 3 shattered staff at Union Square Aberdeen Staff at 1940 Wednesday 18th Oct 23. Clear they had been working solid all day but still courteous and helpful. The coffee they got me will get me home awake after similar crazy work shifts BUT Costa Coffee Management you must do better to look after good, hard working but shattered staff!!!

Stopped in while waiting for the bus to the hospital and had a coffee and a sneaky slice of cheese cake. As usual the service was excellent and the coffee was awesome. The only thing that would have made the cheese cake better would have been if it was mint flavoured. I know that's weird but that's just the mood I'm in today. Well done Costa for keeping up the standards

I've been to the union square Costa many times and the coffee is brilliant it's always very busy and usually not easy to find a seat but it is what it is. I'm OK with the take away option but not so good if u want to chill out.

The white hot chocolates are heavenly, the staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere reminds me of where I grew up. I love going to Costa

Chain coffee shop within the Union Square shopping centre. Lots of options for hot/cold drinks and food. Larger seating area behind counters. Can get fairly busy. Also participates in the Costa Club program where you get rewarded with discounts and free drinks the more often you use it.
