whenever we think of arabic food, automatic turns to be first choice for 2 reasons. Firstly - being residing near uptown mirdiff they are very close to us and they deliver within 35 minutes. Secondly their grilled chicken is the far better than any of their competitors. Their hummus and garlic are good tooooo. Though the portion is not so great the mix grill taste is quite good. overall happy - have been ordering regularly for last couple of years. The uptown mirdiff branch team leader (forgot his name) was superb and is filled with full of energy. He is no more there. Hope he is on vacation and will return soon.<br/>

Delivery was delayed for 3 hours and eventually we had to cancel the order. Will never order from automatic again. Even when we called the restaurant they did not have <br/> the courtesy to pick up the call, instead kept disconnecting the line.pathetic service and no regard for customer experience

Very disappointing service. The restaurant was extremely unprofessional they picked up calls for a second and immediately cut it. It had been 2 and a half hours and the order had not arrived. It is 11:40 in the night and I do not appreciate such pathetic services

The grilled chicken was tender and juicy. The portion was enough for two so it was also easy on the pocket. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. I will definitely visit to try out other items

Disappointingly, this Branch's shawarma didn't live upto the amazing "Automatic" standard. Also, they were so short-staffed that it took over 20 mins to get 2 shawarmas. Hopefully that changes soon!

The Automatic food taste is good . <br/> However proportions/ portions served are less , and for the high price the portions should be enough to feed 2 people .i ordered mixed grilled platter , but a little more frenchfries and grilled pieces would have been nice as it was only enough for 1 person only . <br/>Taste was good . <br/>I ordered for home delivery around 11:30 pm and was glad that they took the order and delivered it .

The chicken shawarma was yummy. Surely among the better places to eat a shawarma. The liver sandwich was not that great. Would be nice if they could enhance the recipe to make it juicier and more flavorful. All in all a good meal with good value for money.

Ordered mix grill chicken only as they have no beef. And fattoush salad. The shish tavuk and chicken kebab is good but can’t say perfect. And salad is really average. Only perfect was the delivery - extremely fast and friendly.

Food was delivered after 90 mins and absolutely cold. Nobody answered the phone. Totally frustrating experience. The worst french fries I have ever tasted. The kebabs were cold, rubbery and bland. Aryes were over-done and almost all black!<br/><br/>This restaurant just doesn't get it. No concept of good food preparation or customer service. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody.

Always fast, clean and good food. They have a variety of options. personally i find the tawook sandwich nice but the chicken shawerma is okay. the meat shawerma is good and so is their kabab halabi and soujouk.

they said that mix grill comes with soup 'saland- drink and deserts (that's what is written in thier online zomato menue) and when the food came there was only the grill plate. I called them and they it is zomato's fault for not removing it. This was Ramadan meal and Ramadan ended 2 months ago !

Very happy with Automatic restaurant.. I had ordered 2 Avacado cocktails on the App, but received a phone call from a very polite manager named Hany, I wanted to cancel the avocado order as nothing else appealed to us, he explained he could not refund the price of the drinks and offered 2 fruit cocktails or another juice as an alternate... I have ordered fruit cocktails from other restaurants before and they have not been good so I refused, asked him to include 2 cans of cola instead ( I have him a bit of a hard time, but he acted in complete politeness) order came with the cola, but also 2 fruit cocktails which turned out to be absolutely delicious. kudos to Hany and Automatic... I will definitely be back... the rest of the order was fantastic as always

I want a refund! This is very very pooor quality food and not fresh. Very stinky fish and most importantly it's not grilled. So they didn't deliver what was ordered.

Possibly my worst experience ever ! The shawermas aren't edible. Horribly cooked meat. It was actually unacceptable. I don't know what we ate. But just one bite and you'll never want a bite of it again. Dry, couldn't even chew it. Don't recommend this place to anyone !!

this time Automatic let us down. I don't know what they changed in their sandwich, it had a very bitter after taste even the Rocca salad had the same. the sandwich had no nothing other than falafel as such was very dry to swallow. I don't think I will order soon again from this joint. Disappointed.

One of my favorite places in Dubai for Shawarma. I have tried many of their branches and the quality is always excellent. The food is quickly delivered and is always tasty. The only issue is that sometimes the fries can get a little bit soft after being delivered.

Good for quick food items. I like the meat shawerma. Kids enjoyed mutton kebab platter which comes with French fries ,pickles and bread. <br/><br/>Juices must be ordered separately but I felt that juices are bit over priced.

It used to be very good, but now the shawarma meat isn't good as before, but the chicken ok. My favorite dish is "stuffed chicken", not regular only once a week. Also kofta with rice very good. Different lunch menu every day.

Great kebab (lamb kebab) even their arayees is excellent, but they're not consistent to be honest. Variation in the quality of the food. But great service. Quick enough home delivery services.

A casual weekend dinner with family at Mirdif City centre and we chose Automatic, which is mostly reliable. We ordered Chicken Kabab, Shish Tawook and Meat Arayes. Good thing is that they give Humus and Garlic sauce alongwith the meals. Arayes was over done due which it was burnt and became hard, but still tasted good. Shish Tawook and Kababs were also good.

Last day of Ramadan. The end of my once a year food quest journey ... Now it's only once a week when you'll hear from me. I decided to eat healthy it's almost mid night was hungry so I did take away at the uptown branch of automatic, wanted to avoid the traffic n chaos at the city centre at the moment. <br/>Well at was the usual I had my half grilled chicken bone inn with salad instead of fries which usually tastes perfect but today it was cooked not all the was through must've been half down n warned to sell or something. Don't know what was wrong but it's usually okay. <br/>Anyways Eid Mubarak to all my wonderful foodie buddies !

We used to like this branch of Automatic a lot and it was usually the first choice when it came to some quick and heavy food during the weekends. However as staff changed so did the quality of their food and its appearance. For starters, it stopped looking appetizing. We eat with our eyes first hence it is important to at least present the food nicely and properly even if it is a fast food place. Visit it during the lunch hours and you'd find that everything looks either dry or sloppy or just a huge mushy mess. Their kofta has become less tender and more bland and the portion decreased as well. I found that it has become increasingly oily to the point that you can actually see so much of the oil separating from the actual gravy or the sauce of the dish whichever one it may be. I love all types of middle eastern cuisine from all parts but I think it's safe to say that this branch just does not do any of it justice.

Went there last weekend with few of my friends, not that i was going there for the first time, i am a regular at there Deira outlet, and so we ordered there "Special mixed Grill combo", good enough for 3 and everything in there was delicious. Love their Salad.

Have had Automatic from their chain stores before so when i visited Uptown Midriff thought will check this out. <br/><br/>I ordered shawarma platters both chicken and beef. As usual good portion and reasonable price but unlike other Automatic joints this one gave me meat which was quite dry. Pickles were chopped in big chunks and you could make out someone wanted to finish his job. Tahina was watery. . Its a problem just with this branch as I have eaten from the others and never got the same experience.

Wanted to have something different from the usual fast food so tried the automatic restaurant joint @ mirdiff city centre. We tried the daily special which included lamb with rice and curds along with salad and dal.. the quantity was sufficient for one person, we then tried the mutton kabab which was recommended when we asked the counter for something spicy. The kebabs were dipped in a mild spicy tomato chutney kind of sauce and includes one bread and some assortments. The service was good food was ready in a Span of 7 minutes. Place is worth a try

Good food! Had ordered the mixed grill special and it was great. The only two problems this restraurant has is the price and no hammous with the mixed grill. They need to provide hammoos in the mixed grill platter and their prices are on the higher side.

For people who love meat this is the place.<br/><br/>The grill prepared fresh has just the right taste.<br/><br/>I visited twice and had the mixed grill, good portions of grilled mutton kebab along with pieces of chicken grilled with a slight tangy seasoning.<br/><br/>They serve arabic bread and garlic paste as a dip which is definitely a hit for me.<br/><br/>Price for a single whole hearted meal might be on the higher side compared to the other fast food outlet but definitely worth the try.<br/><br/>They have many more options on the menu to explore.
