Dominos in Dubai is still tryna improve their taste. They are unbeatable in India as most people in Indian prefer dominos over anyther pizza in Indian but here in UAE, they are still trying to improve and get better each day. We like cheese burst pizza but it still wasn't the best of the pizzas that we have had from Dominos. I hope they improve and bring more pizza for vegetarians like we have it in Indian Dominos.

Have been to this place multiple times for my Pizza cravings !! Nice and quiet place (atleast when I went 😛) . But one thing which I miss in Dubai dominos is oregano which we used to get in India but it is not given here !! 🤷🏻♀️

As a lover of pizza, I personally love Dominos especially. They had this promo of AED 79 (2 medium pizza + 2 sides or 1 side and 1 dessert + 1 drink). But when I placed the order, it went to a total of AED 90.. apparently, the promo was VAT excluded + delivery fees which is obviously misleading. Otherwise, the food is good! And I particularly love the chocolate dessert!!

It’s almost the time for Valentine’s Day and I don’t miss to try these cute heart shaped pizzas at dominos. Like every year , even this year we had a chance to try it . Went to this restaurant to eat but decided to takeaway instead. Ordered 2 large pizzas with different crust. When we took the pizzas home we were appalled to find out they were completely wrong crust and flavors. We thought the gave us some one else’s order but no it was our order. Enjoyed our late evening weekend snack with hot and fresh pizza from Domino’s. Myself and my husband were overly satisfied with this craving. We gave ourselves a very nice double medium pizza + wedges treat! The only fall short was it was delivered later than promised. Also that the guy always do not have change for bills bigger than AED200 which can be a little bit frustrating. They, though, have a remote card machine as alternative which is a good thing. We missed Domino’s! We definitely would call again for delivery!

First of all, I was really disappointed that they didn’t accept the order immediately so the order got rejected. It was 102 AED debited from my card. It took them a while to resolve the problem. It ended up refunding the money back to the account which will take 5-7 business days! Totally a waste of time! I had to call them directly to order another one. It will be a separate transaction!<br/><br/>Another issue was, the delivery guy called me and told me that he was outside the door, when I checked, he was not there. He went to the wrong place which I didn’t understand why, provided that we are just near them and told specific directions and landmark. It took them more than 1 hour to deliver it! So the pizza was served cold.<br/><br/><br/>It could have been 5 since the Pizzas were delish. We ordered Hawaiian Stuffed Crust and Chicken Dynamite Cheese Burst! It could have been a great experience without the delivery delay and the rejected order which are a MAJOR ISSUE!!<br/><br/>The Manager didn’t even have an EMPATHY and care when I talked to him over the phone. CUSTOMER SERVICE is really important! That’s what makes you stand out. Work on that!!

We have been trying every other pizza in Dubai, literally every other pizza, to find out one go to place when we have a pizza craving and it’s actually fulfilled with over eating because the taste is so damn good. <br/>Our usual order is hot dynamite and some times we try a different flavor with it, making it half n half. Tried Memphis barbecue this time and wasn’t disappointed at all. <br/>Staff is always in a bad mood or angry though, so my one advice to the management, make your employees happy same as you make your customers happy with the tastiest pizza.

Ordered online yesterday directly through Domino's website to avail 50% discount and the food was late, the driver was confused and kept calling to ask the location, insisting that my building was called another name and despite correcting him, he didn't seem convinced (I mean come on, I'm sure I know what my residence is called). <br/>And why even ask me to fill an address form if you're going to call and ask me, I'm sure that my direction was on point because I order out quite a bit and people know what I'm talking about. <br/>On their website, they ask if I would like to pay by cash or card. I selected the card payment at the door, and when the guy came, he came without a card machine. I told him that I had specifically asked for a card machine, he said that the card machine is downstairs and if I had cash, it would be great. Really now you're lazy? I don't understand how people get away with this? <br/>The only reason I give Dominos 3 stars is because the food was good! It almost compensates for the irritation caused.
