Environment was also pleasant and the staff ensured that distancing sops were followed. <br/><br/>Reason I have not given a 5 - When We received the invoice for payment, saw two complementary items marked, which we never received. Restaurant eventually provided those, but with a bitter taste.

The quality of food, the atmosphere and the speed of service was fantastic. I was however very disappointed with the attitude and general demeanour of the waiter, When asked for recommendations as well as general enquiry regarding certain things, explanations were shrugged and I was forced to ask twice for an explanation. Evidently he needs further training in customer service and how to speak with customers. Also note that as at 19 Sept 2020, the restaurant appears on the Entertainer, but apparently they no longer accept this and “the entertainer app hasn’t been updated.”

Karcahi grill turned out to be one of the worst experiences. We decided to try desi food as our Eid dinner. The taste of all dishes we tried were below average. 4 people order 4 dishes and the quantity was not sufficient for the price we paid and taste not upto the mark. Biryani was tasteless served with simple yoghurt with cucumbers chunks known as raita. You pay for 4 dishes but salad doesn't come with any as complimentary as it would in many other may be smaller restaurants in UAE. We went with high hopes for authentic Pakistani cuisine and came back disheartened. Everything is just served in a fancy way because of the location and you basically are paying for rent not good food. For the price we paid you can get much better fulfilling other food. We paid bill then gave feedback but customer relationship agent just tried to answer back not understanding a word coming from us. We also came to know that we were supposed to get some item as welcome food which we were not given either. We left with unhappy tummies. .<br/>Price AED 237. Please it is my humble request for those reading this review don't waste your money like this for a disgrace to Pakistani cuisine. I wish i could have donated yesterday's restaurant bill in a better cause.<br/>

Just because people get invited there for free doesn’t mean you say absolute lies about them being amazing.<br/>I went here with my meat lover friend who would eat meat anyway and trust me no exaggeration she couldn’t bite it without feeling like puking. <br/>We couldnt sit on the table long enough for them to bring us the cheque cz the smell was so bad. <br/>The chicken karahi and chicken dynamite bites smelled intensely bad almost like raw rotten chicken it was far from fresh the food wasn’t even warm for them to claim that it is fresh. Even after they saw we did not eat the food they made us pay the whole amount and the chef kept talking to me like its funny that someone is at the verge of puking after eating what he served. <br/>Long story short - bad smelling old food with below average taste being served in a fancy location in fancy ways.

The welcome, attention and willingness to please and make customers happy is possibly the best ever example of customer service I have ever experienced. I loved this Restaurant so nostalgic and beautiful.<br/>It's not my first visit, I am a kind of their brand ambassador since my first visit. This evening I went to have my favorite molten cake and was surprised by Mr Nadeem with a welcome dessert. I was so amazed and can't express my feeling of joy. It has been a highly disappointing experience, the waiters did not quote the right quantities for sharing, they un necessarily ordered more food to us and the guests and it was a lot in the end. They promote themself on ENTERTAINER APP for utilizing vouchers for main course and then block 3/4 of the menu confirming that it will not be covered underENTERTAINER APP. When requesting to use 2 entertainer voucher for 2 adults and 2 kids the same was declined. So they force you to pay more without using entertainer app benefits.

Visited this classy place for dinner the other day. The place is sprawling and huge with a ground plus one seating in one huge bunglow at Jumeirah. Definitely recommended for big family, corporate gatherings as well as birthday celebrations. The ambience is very classy and well done with a lovely outdoor seating as well. Small pieces of minced chicken with a delicious chicken filling. Loved it!!<br/><br/>Hyderabadi Mutton - The gravy is delicious and not at all oily. Has more of gravy and very flavorful with lots of chicken. <br/><br/>Malai Tikka Biryani - Loved it! The tikka pieces were so so soft and overall the biryani was very well done with perfectly blended spices. <br/><br/>Molten Lava Cake - loved it! Huge cake can easily be shared by 2 to 3 people. The cake has loads of liquid chocolate filling topped with ice cream. Delicious filling. <br/><br/>Overall the service was just amazing. 3 to 4 staff members were constantly taking care of us and were super attentive. Definitely recommended.

Mutton boti has near to "bhunna howa" taste rather than bbq. Mutton karhai n handi had no taste n made of boiled meat. Both had the right consistency & tasted delicious. Karachi Seekh kebabs was very well marinated, soft, succulent & grilled to perfection.<br/><br/>For mains we tried the Hari Mirch kadai, can say it was 1 of the best, the masala was not harsh, light in flavor and less oil, try with the soft tandoori rotis. Malai Tikka Biryani, this dum biryani rice itself can be had stand alone. Must try.<br/><br/>Molten lava cake was soft, moist, and premium, it seriously tasted as good as it looked.<br/><br/>Overall we had an amazing time here, the food, drinks, and service everything was just fantastic.

it is fancy place. very extensive menu. some unique Pakistani/Indian dishes with a twist on it. we tried the mango mutton seekh kebab. atishi jhinga, gulab jamun cheesecake, butter and garlic naan. all the items were tasty. for sure i will visit again. <br/><br/>however i am bit concerned right now because one of the reviewer mentioned that they took copies of his credit card. now i remember that when i offered to pay by card, the waiter took the card along with him. then came back with the card and machine. i am not sure if they took copies or not but i am concerned.

Was invited for the 3rd Anniversary Celebration. I like the food that was served, moroccan Kebab, juicy creamy and tender. Super tasty, I highly recommend this dish. I also like the prawn tempura. Presentation is outstanding and the prawn is definitely fresh. I do highly recommend this restaurant for a great food experience.

Terrible experience. We ended up calling the police because after we paid the bill, the cashier made a photocopy of the credit card front and back!!!! We went to this place during weekend with my family where we had started with salad ,Murgh tikka was good and in drinks we tried lassi which was nice , in starters we had mutton seekh kebab ,dynamite prawn and bun kabab which was superb in taste . In main course we ordered mutton handi , mutton was soft and nice , it was perfectly cooked . The taste was good and lastly in desserts we tried pistachio royal milk cake and saffron royal milk cake , it was yummilicious . But there is one thing which I was really upset with was the service which was too slow and staff people were decent . overall rating 4/5 .

A very nice ambience, we started with the hot n sour soup and it was 5/5. We were welcomed with salt and mint lassi and papad with red chutney. We ordered a biryani, balti gosht, mango seekh kebab and butter chicken with naan and everything came piping hot! Food tasted delicious and the cherry on top was the dessert! The milk cake with pistachio and falooda were just the right amount of sweet and big portions. Over all, very friendly service, very attentive staff and very warm ambiance! Loved it!

Being away from home country means no pak desi food , but thanks to karachi grills restaurant we always satisfy our desi taste buds and cravings for bbq . Love their ambience and dim lights creating soothing atmosphere . We visit karachi grills 3 to 4 times in a month. Guy named Rameez serves us mostly and we really like his hospitality and service .
