Happy Buffet

UPDATE 3 REVIEW: Well I am re-updating my review. COVID has done wonders for improvement of food quality. They got rid of the sushi bar unfortunately but still put some out. They also got rid of the hibachi. I guess I can only say I can complain about the jump in prices while at the same time removing so much from the options. 4 stars if it goes back to the options 5 if prices return to normal 🤨

This is absolutely the WORST buffet I have ever been to. The picture I have on here is the extent of what selection they have. It is $9 for the lunch buffet and it’s not even worth half of that price. The food was lukewarm at best, including the food that is supposed to be served cold. The food has clearly been sitting for hours it is dried out and honestly doesn’t taste very good. The restrooms are horrifying. I would give zero stars if I could. There is another buffet in boardman that is better, I suggest you go there.

I would give a zero if I could. They are discriminatory against service dogs. My husband who is a blind veteran and I were accompanied by his service dog/sight dog. Upon entry we were immediately told we were not able to stay due to the service dog. The hostess took me out to the lobby and pointed to a sign saying no pets. I tried to explain to her that she is a registered service animal and that they are not allowed to deny service due to the dog. She ran to the back of the restaurant/kitchen and came back out shaking her head and saying no. This is extremely illegal and goes against ADA rules. They were extremely rude.
