Dirtiest men’s toilets I have ever seen, urinals were that dirty, there is mold on the inside of the porcelain pot. Wee all over the floor, which had toilet paper thrown over it in an attempt to mop it up. Main restaurant area filthy, never see a sweeping brush, let alone a mop. I’d love to inspect the kitchen area. Vile.

Seems to be a reason why they are quiet. 3.16 on a Friday and there is hardly any sandwiches, pasties or sweet treats. Place doesn't close for another 3 hours. Just go to Macdonald's over the road where you at least will get a smile. Also, they don't accept the app.

Handy Greggs. Good, polite and efficient staff. Good food with decent portions.

Very poor. No decaffeinated coffee and Chicken bake served cold. We had already paid and then told there was no reheat option, but we could wait 15 minutes for a fresh one. You are not likely to do this at a service station, which is supposed to be an in and out quick stop.

Only drink available was a flat white. Chicken bake OK. Very little choice. Needed a 'comfort break or would have walked straight back out.
