Denny's

Went to Dennys today for breakfast and got an order of nachos to go to bring home for the kids and it was absolutely the worse! Chips that weren't cooked all the way and were incredibly oily, zero real cheese, no sour cream and no guacamole and the waitress even asked if we wanted that stuff but nope.

Never Again! Rt . 30 York, PA by The Lube Center, I ordered a bacon jalapeño cheese burger with onions and kids meal, dining in. It took almost 40 minutes to receive my food, that was the 1st thing that had me thinking this was a bad idea. Then my food finally comes and I start eating with my toddlers. My second bite in I thought it tastes kinda funny and super crunchy bacon. I opened up the buns and WOW......I couldn't believe they actually served me this. Now there wasn't any bacon nor onions. The crunch was because what I hoped was an actual burger patty look like a deep fried scrub pad you use for dishes. I politely called the waitress over to my table and she even had a look of discuss on her face. She had the meal remade and by the time my food came back I was already feeling nausea. I bravely tried to eat but the 1st bite had me gaging so I just pushed it aside. The worst experience I've ever had with a chain franchise. This is enough to make me never be a returning customer. If I'm gonna spend $26 dollars on burgers and fries I can find better food elsewhere.

Food was decent & friendly waitress. The Cinnabon Pancakes with the Caramel drizzle was AMAZING. Gave them a 3 stars because most of my husband's food (Meats/eggs) was chilled, just under room temperature. The waitress took care of it but still sucked we had to wait longer for his food... especially when your hungry.

Waited our an hour to get food . Waited 20 minutes before we got drinks and the waiter did not take our order it was the hostess. She was doing the waiters job . I ended up leaving before my food even got to the table. My family brought it home due to me having to be at the hospital for a test. We let the waiter know I had to be at the hospital and was totally ignored. I told my family to send the food back and not pay for it. But they paid for it. Had I stayed I would have had a fit about the service and the quality of the food. The entire experience was horrible.

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD A VERY LONG TIME! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Years ago this place was so friendly and welcoming and NOW people are just so rude, UNPROFESSIONAL, and unwelcoming! I placed a to go order And I came to the restaurant but to pick it up. I was inside waiting for at least 15 minutes if not more for someone to help me just so I can pick up my food!!! Another gentleman comes in after me and he is helped 1st even though I was there waiting for at least 15 minutes or more! The waitress Says oh I'll be right there and walks by me and continues to ignore me! Then after I let the guy know who was checking me out that I was there 1st and that was rude of him he completely ignore me and continued to just say oh your total is so-and-so.... Says nothing back to me and throws the receipt in my bag and walks around the corner!!! Never again, I really don't think I will be returning and will be LETTING EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE!
