Burger King

It is exactly what I expect. Okay food, wrong orders most of the time, but nice people at burger king! I will go back because I find it entertaining and my belly gets full. To whose ever chocolate pie I ate, thank you, I hope you enjoyed my sandwich! It's like a surprise grab bag of food when I order from here!

I had a poor experience at Burger King. Each month my family and I budget our money for a treat out, so we all decided to go to Burger King. The delightful scent as we walked in made us less able to bare the wait. After we got our food, the delightful experience soon turned sour with our burgers and chicken nuggets being cold and they had tasted like they'd been sitting out for far too long for it to deserve even a 2 star rating. My disappointment didn't end there, the French fry cups were only half filled and they were also cold. The meal came out to be an unreasonable total of $21 dollars, and I didn't even order drinks. This isn't the first time I've been let down by Burger King. This will sadly be the last time I waste another dollar in their establishment.

My wife and I waited well over an hour to an hour and half to receive our food. We understand there is a staff shortage, and both have worked in the food service industry. Other people behind us were honking, but we kept our patience. Once we reached the window, we observed three female staff members playing on their phone and talking, acting as if there was a line wrapped around the restaurant. It took more than ten minutes for one of the ladies to accept our payment and about the same to receive our food. We had ordered tickets a movie theater nearby and had to reschedule three times. We know this Burger King location will continue without our patronage, but we won't be coming back.

So walked in today to a full mess going on inside the store, location has been having staffing issues since covid fun started. But wow this morning was one i have not seen. Yelling at cooks, cooks yelling back. Workers being told not to take orders. I walked out , did not want to take a chance with them making me food. This location has just fallen to the bottom.

Worst customer service ever! You go there for breakfast and they make you sit 30 minutes in the drive-through before you can even get to the window and then your food still not ready, and once I get home with my food I find there’s no eggs on any of my sandwiches. Will never go back to this cesspool.
