PLEASE DONT GO HERE !!!! Late shift yesterday was horrible we pulled up to pay she took a while to open up the window so I had to honk Had a attitude about me wanting to add something really rude Then she missed a item on my order so I had to go back in line which the line was long again I pulled up to the window and she did the same thing again no greeting while she stood there and talked and laughed flirted with her coworkers THE BEST PART!!!!! Got home to eat and my daughter found a fly in her taco What should I do ? I will never eat at taco bell again

just got some things from taco bell, meals for 4 adults. ordered the food, put the max option on the mobile app for 25 mild sauce packets, got home (30 mins away from this location) there's no mild sauce. there's no sauce at all. I'm big sad bc I don't get taco bell often but I think the food is semi flavorless, the mild sauce makes it better. bruh.

Thought I rated this already... But...let me just say...the people here make this a great place for lunch. Now, I'm not saying it's necessarily good for your waistline to be on a first name basis with the cashier at Taco Bell...but...that's how amazing their customer service is. 🤷‍♂️ Last time I was there they were trying out a new guacamole recipe and passed samples to a few customers. It was honestly better quac than I had at an expensive hotel café quite recently. .... I'm just getting going... Wendy's nearby is just sad... And Arby's next door can't even bother to open their dining area. (Sigh) Jordan...you rock my brother!

June 2022 - stopped by on the way home to DC. Worse TB ever! Dirty is an understatement. How do you come to work and not clean? 🤢 Tables not wiped. Chairs, windows and floors had grime all over them. OMG @ the disgusting bathrooms. I mentioned it to a young girl [staff] and she told me it wasn't her job but will inform mgmt. I stood there and she never opened her mouth. Staff just walk back n forth by register. Unwelcoming! I saw a manager making food but she should of had her staff do that and handle customers. I'm glad I dont live or travel that way - nobody should eat there. Tear it down & start over!!!

Now they have an order kiosk, New for 2019. Chairs still broken, service is good. Tables were clean. Condiments stocked. We had a large order and it came out quickly. Food tasted good we had no complaints. Bathrooms need some work. Rumor has it they are moving the restaurant across the street, so if and when it happens I will redo my review...
