Just Cupcakes

I’ve tasted MANY Neapolitan cakes before. I used to be on Worst Cooks in America, and had things made from famous Chefs etc. But hands down this has been the BEST one I’ve had thus far. Super fresh, flaky, the custard tasted amazing as well. This deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you, Janina for this amazing cake.

Just picked up my $45 tiny cake which was fine since that is what I ordered. What drew me to write this review was the girl who was serving me. She did not greet me at all when I walked in, she just looked at me as if the eye contact meant to come over there. Picked up my cake she didn’t say anything but “ I can’t close the box”. I asked about a breakfast sandwich which apparently they stop serving at 12 even tho they close at 1…which again is fine if that’s your policy but the way she was talking to me was not like the other lady working there was addressing her customer not how this young lady addressed other customers walking out. She did not thank me for my business or even say “ have a nice day” matter fact she didn’t say anything. Her customer service was offensive to myself. Especially when she was being extra nice and sweet to other customers walking out but didn’t stay a work to me. I will never bring business to here again just because your customer service. I give this girls customer service a 1star. Next time be mindful of how you treat people. All your customers should be treated the same specially when they spend 45$ on a cake that feeds 2 versus a customer spending 6$ on a danish!

Janina’s cakes are amazing! Design and taste? She’s got it. Delicious ! 5 stars! This is my year 2 ordering for my baby girls birthday & let me tell you the cake doesn’t last past the event lol!! Everybody wants more! And my husband and I don’t even like cake but Janina’s ? We’ll eat it and save some to have with tea later. Love it.

I've always passed this place and never stopped in. I needed some last minute breakfast pastries for my planned tea before my wedding and let me tell you they delivered. I just got some items from the display case and everything was incredible. Thanks so much for making my day even more special. I can't wait to stop in for breakfast in the near future!
