Pizza Hut

Took me almost an hour to order online due to their app being so slow, then put in my order for a free pizza via my hut rewards and the app never took it. I complained to the general mgr who said the hut rewards are a different entity than the restaurant, that I would have to call the 1-844 number, which I did, and they were closed...This is how places lose customers because they won't take care of their Indiscretions or put it on someone else and won't take care of the customer... Very poor service on Pizza Huts part... Don't think I will be going there again and will try someplace else to go...

Ordered from this store last night and the pizza was slightly underdone, I included that comment in the survey and the manager called me this morning to resolve the orders issue, I did not expect a follow up as I wasn’t complaining directly to the restaurant. Amazing customer service & I will be revisiting this store because of it!

This place was amazing. Went there last night and was told they couldn't find our order because the call center never put it through. So they quickly made our order with what they had even though they were out of some things. They were very short staffed and their cook left in the middle of his shift. I was very impressed with the service and food.

Pizza Hut is that the same for years so if you love it you'll love it. During this time of the pandemic it is really hard to criticize any service. We did wait in our car for a long time for curbside delivery then went in to find out that our order had been sitting in a warmer for a long time. But I know that everyone is understaffed and very busy.
