Great customer service from the 2 ladies today. They were excellent. I'm from the Kentwood area. I'll be visiting that location more often.

Great sandwiches, and indeed, they are freaky fast ! I usually go in and have a sandwich in my hand in under 5min . Its located in the east end of the J&H gas station pretty easy to find and plenty of parking available. Also they have a drive thru window that you enter on the west end of the gas station and go along the back side of the store .

I get day old bread from this location occasionally, for garlic bread when I'm making pasta for dinner at home. Late at night, sometimes they'll give extra loaves just because they don't want the bread going to waste. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of, as it is shared with a large gas station.

The staff here was amazing! They were so helpful and even sat down with us to help us with a catering order! Very friendly! Our sub box was amazing! We highly recommend this new location! Definitely will go back.

I always get a ham and cheese sub which you can’t really mess up, but I’m reviewing because the staff today were friendly! I never expect good service from chains but when I get it I am always pleasantly surprised. :)

Freaky fast like any other Jimmy John's. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because they didn't have any non-carbonated drink options when I went.
