Today again I experienced a wonderful experience from BHP. Tim was a pleasure to talk to and he handled my order just as I specified. Asked him to cook it well done. It was PERFECT!!!!! The man who worked Monday night on 05/18/2020 was the absolute best! I’ve honestly never had such great customer service experience. I haven’t been to burton heights pizza in a few years but after this I’ll be going more often. The pizza was fresh as absolutely delicious and the chicken tenders with fries were so crispy just how I loved them. This will be my go to place.

Amazing pizza and service! The pizza has a wonderfully flavorful sauce and lots of ooey gooey cheese to go with it! The cheese breadsticks are one of the best ones in the area! They really pile on the cheese, and buttery garlic goodness! Much better than the chain pizza places!

By far the best experience we have had yet!!! Our pizza and bread sticks came to our house exactly as ordered, hot, and on time! Normally there is a significant wait on orders but today we received the best order yet!

1st time ordering here I live in the neighborhood so far it's the best pizza that's in Burton heights they picked up the phone on time took my order told me how long it was going to take it took about as long as they said it was going to take they delivered it on time it tasted good a little bit too much sauce for my taste so next time I'll just ask for lighter sauce but other than that everything was great

Food took almost two hours I am okay if I’m advised of that in the beginning. I was told 30 minutes. Food was amazing! Would have been better if it was hot. I called and was told my driver left already and it still took 40 minutes to get to me so food was cold. I can’t give it under 4 stars because the food was so good.

Great food, a little pricey but worth it for the food. Delivery was an hour late and we live five minutes from the location, if that. Driver didn't bring the entire order and another employee brought it to us.

Wow! Best pizza in Grand Rapids! That about sums up my expierience at Burton heights pizza! Since they have been under new management they have changed the hours to 7 days a week, and they are open until 1am during the week and 2am on weekends! Now let's talk about the pizza, it's simply fantastic they took the classic Vitale's recepie and made it even better! They have the perfect thinness of crust and the breadsticks are to die for! Homemade garlic butter?! Sign me up! Will never have pizza from somewhere else in gr again.

Had this pizza for the first time today....absolutely awesome. Crust was excellent, sauce was good and they didn't scrimp on the toppings. Two thumbs up for sure!

Great Pizza, have had there pizza about 6 times now, has always been great. They have great tasting sauce, and they pile on the toppings! Makes you wonder how the pizza chains can call what they make "pizza" THIS is real pizza!
