Ordered online. Didn’t receive crisps which I ordered. Used the wrong bread on both sandwiches. Gave me the same salad on both sandwiches which was incorrect. All the “hot” sides were freezing. Only good thing was the nice delivery driver.
The food is great from some of their outlets but needs to be a lot better in others. In their best outlets they are nearly always spotless and clean even at their busiest times and this nearly always comes through in their food. The same cannot be said in all of their outlets. Rule of thumb if it looks scruffy walk back out.
