I like the sausage egg and cheese croissants, they're great! The bagel bites and avocado toast are nice too. The coffee is good but some of the flavor shots are really artificial tasting.

Area is clean, drive thru is fast and the staff is friendly. They messed up on my order but quickly apologized and redid it without any issues. I will recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts location

Honestly haven’t had a bad experience here until recently. They always make my macchiato correctly but lately when I get one it isn’t hot. Today I got hot chocolate cuz I didn’t feel good. The first one was just hot water with chocolate powder floating in it. I asked to get a new one but with milk. It was COLD. The lady at the window was nice but the girls In the back were super rude and acted as if I was crazy. I get up at 5am for work, it was about 4:30pm when I was there… I wasn’t lying or trying to cause an issue. I wanted a hot chocolate and to go home.

I was given a gross lukewarm Chai after they messed up my order the first time. Then tried to tell me that we left it waiting there for 20 minutes when we haven’t even been there for 20 minutes. Even if the drink was sitting for 20 minutes it should not have been that cold. I guess it’s super hard to admit your mistake. They were rude and hesitant to even give me my refund because it was “my fault”. So I was tossed my cash refund. Yep, tossed.

I came at 6am on Sunday, 7/19 (this location supposedly opened at 5am) and stood in front of the register for 10 minutes. The TVs were on, but there were no employees in sight. I understand there was probably almost no traffic through the restaurant at that time, but even if I had to wait a few minutes, someone should have come to help me. I was sad I wasn’t able to get Dunkin’ that morning.

Pls put someone who can speak in english. I couldn't understand a single word that the Arabic lady was saying. And my order came all wrong. She forgot the caramel in my iced coffee. And she forgot the extra sugar in my dad's drink.

I just got the most stale bagel of my entire life and the nastiest burnt coffee ever. The only good thing about this dunkins is the fact that they get you in and out of the drive thru quickly.

I have been Starbucks they treat customer like God and in here if you don't like it. The old lady who works there won't change it and even would give you leacture on how it was your mistake despite of the fact that you go there every day 🥲
