Everyday I go there. Suppose to close at 3 on Sunday was already close at 2:05pm. Every Sunday it's like that when young girl works. Other than that usually great service.

This an odd little location in an odd little building on an odd little corner and I love it. The staff is generally pleasant and professional. This location has seen a lot more business since the closing of a more central location near Kelly Square and they just rolled with it.

This is the friendliest and most consistent Dunkin around. May is always friendly and happy to serve everyone. No drive through, but still the best service all year. 🍩👍💓

I placed an order on the mobile app so I can grab my coffee and go, when I arrive to Dunkin, the store was open but yet the doors were locked. The lady who works there took off, no one was in the store, customers outside confused, and this isn't the first time I have issues with this location.

This is the best DUNKIN in Worcester. An absolute hidden gem, the leader of this place has to be the sweetest woman alive. I have since stopped purchasing Dunks, but if you want a coffee made exactly how you want it, go here and enjoy your decision.

Good coffee. Weak coffee most of the time. Use to be very, very good. Not a consistent cup of coffee anymore. For the amount of buisness each Dunkin Donuts gets it should be top notch. The average person could easily spend $100 a month ➕ plus just buying 1 coffee a day on way to work, break, way home, not to mention, families, kids, adds up. Time to find a new place or locate that 1 good Dunkin. Rewards, spend $40 get a free coffee. The free coffee, I figure should be free for all the coffees ordered not made right that is soo sweet you have to throw out. Or has more than the 1 cream in an XL the way you ordered. Just the Truth.

The Dunkin donuts on Ward St is down the street from my home I stop there EVERY MORNING, EVERY DAY before off to work! These WOMEN are THE BEST of the BEST! They are ALWAYS SWEET and KNOW WHAT YOU ORDER!!! Fast! They Are AMAZING the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN!!! 👍👍👍
