This place is very hit or miss, usually on the moss side. Was just in there, no one watching the inside counter, the employees in the drive thru standing around. Older gentleman comes in after I have been standing there a few minutes, they give him a free beverage and free food while ignoring me standing at the register. Not even an apology for making me wait

Would honestly give no stars if I could. Had to stop in this one today. I understand that some people cannot speak English well but when they are the face at the counter and they don't understand what is said, it can be frustrating. I was trying to load my card and I was putting $15 on it. The woman kept hearing $50 and I clarified it 4 times. I then had to wait for her to figure out she had already scanned my app. I showed her my balance before my purchase, and my balance after. She then asked a coworker who had to explain it again. To top it all off, our coffees were wrong. There are 2 women in there I do like who just know what they are doing. As for the rest, I'm honestly all set.

The most horrible experience I have ever had with any Dunkins I have ever been to. I ordered 2 coffees 2 bagels and 2 hash browns. First I was charged for 3 coffees and they wouldn't refund me. Then both of my coffees where made wrong so I had them remake them and got nothing but attitude about it. The bagels were hard as rocks to the point we couldn't even eat them and my hash browns were still frozen in the middle. When I went to tell them they said they couldn't do anything about it and that is how the food is cooked. I just got to the point that I wanted my money back and they could keep everything but they said NO! I will never go to this Dunkins again!

Literally the WORST DUNKINS IN WORCESTER 🤦🏻‍♀️ They are so unreliable on making my coffee even remotely right. After a year of failing me I just decided not to go to this location AT ALL even though it's closest to me. I go to dunkins 2 to 3 times a day, I refuse to spend money when I know my coffee is gonna be trash !

The guy who made my freinds coffee was very nice. Don't have any other experience at this location besides that. One recommendation for all Dunkin Donuts is that you add a vegan sandwich to the menu. It will attract more customers...

Upset that despite repeating myself twice about light ice in my large coffee they still filled the thing with 5/6 ice. I understand they're busy but no fast food place should ever be too busy to get orders right.

They messed up all three coffees I ordered, as well as the food. And not a little messed up, I had to throw my coffee away, and two of the sandwiches away. On top of that the person taking the order was so rude I almost cancelled the order and drove away. I should have.

This is NOT a Covid safe location, and it's not following basic food safety either; "don't touch your face and then people's food" is not new. Every single employee was wearing their mask under their nose this morning, and the person at the window frequently wears their mask under their nose and touches their mask. The lady making the sandwiches pulled at her mask with her gloved hands and continued handling food. The fact that Flora charged me for two sandwiches when I asked for one, and didn't give me a receipt would normally be a strike against this location, but they already were at 1 star for blatantly disregarding safety so it can't get any worse for that.
