Wendy's

I’ve been to this particular Wendy’s a number of times. This was the first time I was made dissatisfied. The young lady (teen) who served me was nice but I was a little upset that they were out of baked potatoes. I thought it was kinda I’ll-mannered the way the apparent manager yelled over to the cashier, “Make sure you don’t take any orders for baked potatoes. We don’t have any!” After placing my order I asked for a receipt. There was no register paper left. I went to get my soda a one of those fancy “ multi-brand & flavor dispensers. One machine was broken and the other was out of everything except Coke and Hi-C. I got home to eat my chili and discovered the cup was only half full. My wife figured they might have given us the large cup because they were out of the smaller size ones and put less in. Maybe. I know restaurants and businesses are struggling with supplies right now however, some apologies and/or well-placed signs of “so sorry for some inconvenience at this time” would have helped. I hope they’ll get it together by the time I decide to take a chance to visit again. Post

Food was pretty standard. Employees were a little rude. Cashier spoke very quietly. I asked her to repeat herself, and she rolled her eyes at me. When my burger was ready, I went to pick up my tray. She just pushed my tray across the counter and never gave me a soda cup. I asked for my cup, and she just sighed and rolled her eyes again. Having a bad day, I suppose. But there's no reason to be rude to a customer over a soda cup. I ordered a burger with a side of fries, not attitude.

Nicely located right on Rt20 on the Worcester millbury line. Should be a viable option if you want something quick near the MassPike. Unfortunately, it's Fast food that's anything but. Nearly 17 minute drive thru times. The food is always consistent at this location but the service has room for improvement. This is a corporate store not a franchise. The drive thru at the McDs across the street appears to be moving smoothly. Melt the damn cheese!

The place is always a mess they never have ice. It's the only one around me and I will drive 20mins away to go to another one rather than go this one even with the high gas prices because it's that bad. The big wigs seriously need to go in and clean house because this is by far not OK for a food service place to kept.
