Wendy's

I don't usually do chains, but I had to today because the cashier was incredible! I don't remember her name but she was extremely polite in the middle of a rush with many people waiting in line. More than professional, she deserves a raise! The food was decent as Wendy's typically is. All of the food was as acceptable as any fast food is expected, but her service and attitude were FAR above average. Her service has raised my rating by 2 stars;

The WORST put together order I’ve ever gotten in my entire life. The fries are chewy and cold. Disgusting. The nuggets take like they have been microwaved 40 times. The burgers I won’t even touch because of how pathetic everything else tastes. If I end up with food poisoning I know who to see. This used to be the BEST place to get Wendy’s. Now? It’s garbage. Absolutely trash.

Cashier was great. Manager..hes so rude... They close the dinning room doors when low staffed... take really long to get simple orders completed. Wish they worked faster. And when trying to get information to work he (manager) made it difficult. Some of us (like me) would love to work. For great working any position. We learn fast and excel at everything we do. The down fall is we struggle with the application process.

Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. No ice in machine and it was dirty. My wife got crispy chicken sandwich which could be enough for a small child. I got chicken nuggets and they were like rubber but the guaranteed hot and crispy fries were cold, soggy and tasted like ones thrown out from McDonald's. Guy behind us said his burger was terrible and he took it back to counter and they could have cared less. Table to our right with kids were saying how bad it was.

Came to this Wendy’s and I specifically asked for no bacon on my sandwiches I informed them of an allergy and they yet still put bacon on both sandwiches came to the window and the girl that attended me didn’t even pay attention to me I told her both sandwiches had bacon and she just left the window without saying anything in a very rude manner came back with a egg and cheese sandwich and handed it to me assumed want my sandwiches were didn’t give me the right sandwich and literally ended up wasting 3 Sandwiches Horrible Pl. bunch of little kids working that don’t pay attention

I've tried to give this place a chance many times but there is always something wrong when I go. Either my food is cold, service is awful, one time I even gave my cashier exact change so I would get a dollar back and they couldn't even count change correctly. I'm all set now after getting soggy nuggets and waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru for them.

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Had to wait in drive thru for over 20 minutes. When I finally made it to the window, they took my money then I waited another 10 minutes for my 3 baked potatoes which were wrong. Lady gives me my bag and says have a good night. I still hadn't gotten my drink and when she finally came back I politely asked for my drink and some sour cream cause who doesn't want sour cream with their baked potatoes? She hands me 4 little packets and mind you I have 3 potatoes. I say I need more than that. Her reply was " I dont have alot so I cant give it to you". My face must have dropped. But i drove away. The place was very dirty and not one employee knew what was going on. I will never go back to that Wendy's. Disgusting. Bord of Health should be notified and changes need to be made. Do not order lemonade as the containers are filthy and no dates on when to change. Keep away for this place. Food poisoning is real and this place is sure to cause you an issue. Thanks for reading WP
