We almost forgot we were in lockdown having a few drinks in this excellent venue. The security staff were as friendly as they ought to be but more so in getting us a table at a busy time. Live music was an absolute blessing (Friday night) and the place was rocking. Bar staff were very active meaning there was no wait for drinks. Great atmosphere and thanks to all

Lovely food, awesome burgers; to die for. The majority of the bar staff are good and attentive, although some are a little more interested in staring in to space than actually serving you. Jamie is brilliant, always brings a smile and Rob is ready to serve you straight away when he is on the bar. Liam the Chef is fantastic at his job, fast service, well presented and tastes amazing. The only reason for a loss of a star is the atmosphere sometimes, it needs more families (maybe a bigger variety on food?) They don't provide offers for pensioners or students but their portions are extraordinary for the modest price and the burgers are some of the best in Worcester.

Two recent experiences. First, I arranged a meeting here for a group. Rob was extremely helpful in making all the arrangements and everyone was so happy that we are now making it our regular venue. On the night, Connor was extremely welcoming and helpful. We liked the food so much that I returned with my family at the weekend. There is a good variety of drinks at reasonable prices including some excellent cocktails and a very good range of beers and wines.

The food was excellent, I had the vegan chicken & waffle burger and my partner had the New England, both were delicious! The portions are enormous be prepared!! (We had to take a doggy bag home). The only improvements that could be made, separate wait staff for the eating sections (we had to ask for the doggy bag 3 times because the bar staff were swamped) and condiments on the table!
