Hmm, what can I say about Zoup! My experience working here was absolutely incredible! The food was absolutely amazing! Although definitely underpaid and didn’t get many hours I enjoyed my coworkers more than anything. I never received any of the tips people gave on their cards and other long-term employees haven’t either. I loved my time working at Zoup!

Nice enough staff but the tomato soup tasted like straight up spaghetti sauce..Needed brown sugar to cut through the acidity. Nasty!! Will never eat that again. The cheese dippers were ok, nothing to write home about. Would have left 2.5 stars but it doesn't allow, only marked up half star for nice cashier.

Ordered from door dash today first time from this restaurant soup was hot and really good. Sandwich was ok. Cheese was really thick not melted bread was kinda thick tea wasn't sweet but overall decent food id try it again mabye next time ill be more specific on how I want things made

Good, but kinda pricey. Friendly staff, and the soups are generally good. If you don't know, you are encouraged by the staff to taste several soups before you decide what to order. I think the bowl (cardboard bowl, not ceramic) size costs around $8.00 which includes a piece of French baguette bread. For me and my two kids to each get a bowl and a small fountain drink, the bill was about $30.00

Zoup was great when they first opened now the meals are mediocre at best. Ordered the usual Broccoli and Cheddar soup with a bit of bread. The soup was appalling and left a horrible acid taste in my mouth as well as an awful burnt taste. The staff was rude and not very helpful. I was told that they reuse the soups from the previous day and don't make them fresh. Last time I will be eating at Zoup.
