Mcdonald's

Terrible service employees pay no attention and I'm pretty sure the same for the employees cooking the last time I came here they messed up my order, I thought I would give it another try today and boy was I mistaken. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and the lettuce and tomatoes were dry and the mayo was off the sandwich, I also got a kids meal for my 5yr old daughter and the fries were spilled all over the place. I will never come back to this McDonald's and I will warn everyone. I'm posting some pictures hopefully you can view them

The food is always hot. It tastes good to me. They work a lot faster than the one on rt 9. The employees actually give you sauce when you ask for it! As a condiment lover, this is always a plus. I've literally never had a problem with this McDonald's, and I am happy to continue giving them my business!

Went around 6p on a Monday. Out of 12 people in the restaurant, I think I was the only paying customer there. The rest were teenagers sitting around and playing on their phones. I felt like I was in a middle school or bus station. Most of my food came out barely warm. Had to send a few things back for replacement. Napkin dispenser was empty, as was the receipt paper in the ordering kiosk I used. Nearly all the tables were not wiped down. Grabbed a wipe from my car to take care of it myself. I would imagine they’re using the “it’s because of COVID” excuse but there’s a lot of McDonald’s open right now that are in better working order.

I reluctantly ordered Chicken McNuggets and after taking a bite of one, I had to take it out of my mouth to find out what I had bitten into. There was an object (not chicken) in the McNugget. I threw the order out and called Corporate the next day because I wanted them to know that there was an object in the McNugget. HHC Corporation called me back and told me that I should have kept the McNugget or taken it back into the store. I told her that I took a picture of it and would be happy to send it to her but she did not want it. She asked for my address and said they would compensate me. I get a Be Our Guest card for Six Piece McNuggets. I wouldn’t dare eat those again so I called Margaret in Customer Relations to say that I expected compensation (gift card) in the amount of the McNuggets because I would not order them again. She had the nerves to tell me to send the card for the Six Piece McNuggets back to her and then she would send me a card for something else instead. Really? Go out of my way to send the card back (that is only for six piece McNuggets) before she takes care of the customer. For what I experienced, they should have done better. Shame!

I've never been inside the establishment but when I am in the area I do go thru their spacious drive thru. This location has three serving windows. Depending on the day some employees are sociable others are just business. Conveniently located in a little strip you will find plenty of parking. They practice Covid restriction, employees wear mask. I have not had a problem with my order but if you need any type of dipping sauce or condiments don't forget to ask. Food taste good, service is good, price and deals are the same as the other McDonald's. The surrounding is clean and calm. I find it's quite pleasant to just sit in the car, sip your coffee and enjoy your pie.
