Chicken Galore

How do I get in touch with the owner? I was berated over a late order and had his manager threaten to call the police on me for theft of service if I refused delivery. Order was almost 2 hours late with no courtesy called from the establishment on the delay. We all had to get up early for baseball games in the am. I was shocked that he said that so I called my local department to confirm that was not the case. I have the exchange recorded and I’d like to share it with him. Hopefully this person cares about the reputation of his business. I’ve been a loyal customer for a decade. My food was never delivered. If this company charges my card without delivering my order I will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. Years if goodwill gone in minutes. I'll make sure to post about this experience anywhere I can. I'd love to figure out how I can share my recorded exchange with anyone. My family will never go back. UPDATE: I've emailed the company and no one has responded. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

My 1st experience with buying food here. The chicken was amazing! Huge healthy portion size of food. I am disappointed in the Colossal size shrimps. My wife said the ribs weren’t seasoned through. Just sauced up on the outside. The stuffed potato skins were Awesome!! So filling! The cheese, broccoli, & bacon were so good. The zucchini sticks were delicious as well!

My family and I have always been fans of chicken galore and often get the wings. After not having them in a while we decided on some wings tonight. I called and placed my order and was quoted a price. 2 minutes later they call back asking about the order as if unsure. We decided to reduce the amount of wings by 12 pcs and we were shocked to see that meant $20 less on the total. We go to pick up and end up paying a completely different price than either of the 2 quoted totals over the phone but we just wanted to leave with the snow. Got home and took a bite of wings and actually spit it out. These wings are not what we are used to from here at all. These taste like cardboard there is no flavor at all. They didn’t include any hot sauce either so we can’t even mask the chicken with that. Terrible experience overall tonight.

I have been a local resident and ordering from them for 25 years now. I can’t count the amount of times we’ve ordered from them. We’ve had them cater birthday parties as well. Never any complaints from the guests. We love the skinless fried chicken, baby back ribs, varying temperatures of buffalo wings and salads.

Chicken prepared any way you want it. Fried pieces, roasted with red potatoes, or chunks of meat and cheese loaded into a wrap and heated through. They also serve a lot of fried sides: zucchini, mushrooms, mac 'n cheese balls, etc. There's a bench inside and a little bit of outdoor seating, so plan on carrying out. I had the cordon blue wrap, and it was really good. Impressed they got the cheese just right inside the wrap: gooey and melting into the chicken bits.
