Burger King

I don't go to Burger King for the atmosphere. In fact, I don't eat in. I always get it to go. Service is friendly enough. Sometimes, it seems like kids playing around, but my order is right. The food always seems pretty fresh. But I purposely goto the Potomac Mills BK bcuz they are always busy, therefore always cooking food.

For the first time ever with any fast food mobile app, my mobile app ordering experience met my expectation. I've often been disappointed after submitting a mobile order only to arrive at the resteraunt and have an extended wait. My expectation of placing an early morning breakfast mobile order in advance was to decrease the wait time. This past weekend BK exceeded my expectation. As usual when I arrived at the drive thru no other cars were present due to the early morning hour. Instead of having to wait for my order, my completed order was handed to me right away and the food was still hot. Success all the way around. Hopefully this experience repeats.

So I hadn't eaten at Bk for awhile. Like maybe a year. This location was fast, polite, their two-way speaker was crystal clear and the drive thru was clean. I was at Bk so the whopper with no onions extra pickles, medium onion rings and a coke was hot, delicious and was given with no mistakes. Was on a 30 min break so the efficiency was there. 5 stars.
