Excellent value for money, lovely friendly staff and generous portions

Coffee was good and omelette and beans devoured with lust Service was slow and the cafe wasnt full. Entered premises clean shaven when served I had a full beard.

I recently popped in for breakfast on the way home from dropping off car to garage. Friendly chatty staff, nice atmosphere, hot food & drink. Didn't have to wait long for food.

Have visited The Tea Rooms several times now for a quick cake and a drink. Lovely friendly service and good food, with a homely atmosphere. Clean, well laid out, comfortable and nicely decorated. No price lists on show; very strange. We couldn't see any prices anywhere, neither inside nor outside the premises.

Stopped here enroute from Norfolk back home to Eastbourne, lovely tea room with very friendly and genuine service and tasty food, will return when we next do the same trip!

Started visiting this little tea room after my mum moved too Witham, the food is lovely and fresh and generous portions, the owner LJ is lovely and roasts are yummy in fact it's all yummy 😋😋😋😋 look forward too my weekly visit here

Went with my friend and really enjoyed the home cooked food. Staff friendly and the tearoom has a nice relax atmosphere. Had the Bakewell tart for dessert and I really enjoyed it
