Subway

This is the best Subway shop in the state. The guy that recently purchased this store in this little town has went out of his way to ensure things work. He recently remodeled, everything is fresh, clean and updated. He put precautions in place for to meet the healtcare standards. We had early morning evacuations for fires with first responders, he caught word of this, and drove in at 2:30 AM to open up and give assistance. He donates time, food, and assistance if needed. We support him 100%!

I remember when this Subway first opened up as it was the first "Fast Food" chain restaurant in Winters. The have always served fresh, tasty, good tasting sandwiches at reasonable prices. The employees are trained well and are always friendly, fast and good at what they do. The store is always clean including the bathrooms and the outside patio. Recently the store was given a fresh new look when they remodeled and updated everything from the ceiling to the floor.

The store was clean our sandwiches were correctly made. The care and attention to detail Regarding our wants and needs seemed to be considered from start to finish. Attention to detail is not always right at other subway locations. We were in a hurry, and they were able to get our sandwiches made and get us out the door quickly. I would go back and eat again at this location. I’m glad that they are here as there are few lunch options in Winters, California.

Stopped here quick on the way home from picking my granddaughters up. I had them as an emergency that weekend. They like Subway and wanted a sandwhich on our way back to the Bay Area. The young woman who helped us kind,but when I asked about a rewards program(which I thought I had)..she knew nothing about it. Some older man stepped up,but the sale was done. She seemed distracted by other things or bothered.. Remember: You never know who you are helping..I could be a secret shopper and you would never know it..I have worked in 20+ years retail customer service..Be kind in who you help! 3 stars for you!!! 👎
